Entry POBphotocontest - 'Wetness'

Hi Hive!

It #POBphotocontest time again!

This week's theme is 'Wetness'

Sometimes it is nice to spend a lot of time setting things up for a photo, sometimes the photo just finds you.

Dumping some water on these pretty yellow leaves seemed to be one of the most obvious way to approach the subject of 'wetness'

I decided to use the lid of the large bin outside my house, which was also covered in little droplets of water. (I seriously love how wet everything is in the morning)

For once, making a mess and dumping water everywhere seemed to work out pretty well for me. So much so that I will not be including all the photos I took here. Let's just say, I had too much fun with this theme!

While outside, I also took the opportunity to empty the little inflatable pool I had set up in the garden over the weekend. Garden service shows up on Tuesdays and they tend to break stuff.
Crawling around on the wet grass isn't much fun, but I think it made for a pretty decent photo.

The photo for my entry is actually just a close up shot of the bottom of the previously mentioned inflatable pool. I think, out of all the photos I took this morning, this one just looks the wettest, I really like how it turned out.

Also...a bonus photo...drowned moth and ants....nature is amazing.
