Yellow Leaves for POBphotocontest

Greetings and happy Tuesday!

There's just something about the colour yellow! It is such a happy colour. It also happens to be the theme for this week's #pobphotocontest

Lately, I have been heavily experimenting with some of the more interesting features of one of my favourite photo editing apps. It is actually funny that I only recently thought of using them to experiment with my own photos.


It isn't very often that I go into a photo session with a clear idea of what I would like to do, but when I saw these leaves, I had a big YES moment.

I only changed the background colour in the original images, to make the yellow look more striking.

Bonus image, No editing

Well, that's it for today! I am still struggling to recover from a mean little bout of flue so it is off to bed for me.

Lovely photos ! The leaves look like the same colour our laurel leaves go just before they drop off the bush.

🤣🤣I'm the same! Go for a 30 minute hike, stay for 2 hours, come back with over 500 photos...
