LOH #171; EMBRACE YOUR UNIQUENESS AS A WOMAN

It's the start of a new week and I am glad to share my opinion on what young women in our contemporary world can do to 3nhance themselves both physically, spiritually, emotionally and even psychologically. Thus , for the #ladiesofhive weekly prompt, the second question hits me differently.

What would you like to say to young women today, what advice would you give them?

With the way things have changed a lot lately, there are many advice I would like to put out there, although I know that nobody can follow through with everything but as women we always do that which pleases us and gives us peace of mind.

My first advice to To young women today like myself, I'd say embrace your uniqueness. Thus by Embracing your uniqueness" what I mean is celebrating and accepting the qualities, characteristics, and interests that make you distinctly yourself. In our contemporary world,a lot of women have been faced with body shaming,where no matter your stature and body build,some people use it against you to demean you and cause you pains. By Embracing your uniqueness, It encourages you to appreciate your individuality, quirks, and strengths, recognizing that these contribute to your identity and value regardless of any other situation. Embracing uniqueness involves being authentic in whatever you do, being confident, and proud of who you are.

As young women,we should be careful in conforming to societal expectations or comparing yourself to others. This has destroyed the lives of many women in various ways and has so many disadvantages because it limits both personal and professional opportunities by reinforcing traditional gender roles. One dominant issue with conforming to what your society expects from a woman has lead to unequal treatment, fewer chances for career advancement, and restricted freedom in making life choices. For me , I Encourage women to challenge societal expectations allows for greater diversity, empowerment, and the pursuit of a more equitable and fulfilling life. Get that phd degree, open that big shop, own that company, live by your rules and succeed.

Another advice for my fellow women is to pursue your passions and dreams with confidence, and surround yourself with supportive people. To be able to succeed in this life as a women requires a lot of sacrifices and at the same time a lot of aspirations. I know it's not easy to combine family, motherhood, sisterhood, career woman and all but we need to strive and be a better version of ourselves.
