THREE THINGS I WOULD TAKE IF THERE WAS A FIRE
Happy holiday fellow hivers and compliments of the season, trust that the holidays are going as planned and we are enjoying every moment of it.
So what happens when you are faced with a situation that you can only pick a few things from a burning screen if you are lucky. Thus, like the #hiveghana weekly prompt rightly suggested, I believe in the case of natural disaster, people Wil want to take only the important things that matter most and would also give them a better chance to start live over again. Of course, this can only happen if the fire is controllably and has not expanded intensely.
In the case of a natural disaster, what three things would you grab first? Remember, you can pick 3 things. Not more, not less. Let’s see what you’d opt for, I hope it wouldn’t be your freezer.😅
The first thing I would pick in case there is a fire, a storm, an earthquake or whatever would be my Certificates and DOCUMENTS. All my important documents are stored up in a file back I would easily pick it without having to scramble around looking for them. These certificates contains all I have achieved so far, from my first school leaving certificate, to my junior school leaving certificate, my West African school leaving certificate both WAEC and NECO, my first degree and second degree my professional certification all original copies is what I would definitely go for. The reason is that, these document can give a shot to start life again, I means the stress of having to get all that back in this country is a disaster on it own and again no on would employ you without proof of your educational attainment through you certificates.
Hence, Other documents to take out would be legal documents that has to do with lands, passports, visas, drivers license, debit cards and money, if there is any. My diary is also one thing I sout take as it is important and contains important aspects of my life. In other words these certificates and documents would be the first things I would grab if I had the opportunity to save something from my home as a single lady.
The second thing I would pick in case of a natural disaster would be MY GADGETS, like my laptop, my mobile devices, powerbank, chargers and so on. To achieve this is to getter a handy bag that can contain all this items and would still not weigh me down. I would definitely grab my laptop and mobile phones because I have a lot embedded in the and if I have the opportunity, why not? For instance, on my laptop I have my thesis file, old picture of family that dates way back and would like to keep them for memories sake.
The third thing would be, to rush up some clothes that would come handy before I get my feet back on ground.
Hopefully, we do not encounter such disasters because the trauma alone is enough to set you off balance to even think of anything.
Thanks for stopping by my blog...

The certificate and documents are actually a first pick.
One can start over with it
