My favorite vegetable is bitter gourd or what we know as ampalaya.

I am very much aware that my favorite vegetable is one of the most hated vegetable out there because of its bitter taste. I also hated it as a kid.😅 But growing up, its bitter taste comforts me in a way.

Much like life and growing up, our experiences would sometimes be bitter and unpalatable. But just like how I came to love ampalaya despite its bitter taste, we can embrace these bitter experiences as it adds flavor to our life that would make it taste better.
