Hello, community and food lovers greetings I publish this post again.
because by mistake it was published in LEOFINANCE which wasn't a suitable community for this post. Today's recipe is some vegetarian Norwegian grating made from cauliflower. Which normally used fish. But I used cauliflower instead. This recipe is for @qurator hive's top chef entry for this time. Made this cauliflower au gratin following the Norwegian fiskegrateng recipe.

Ingredients:
400 grams cauliflower florets
50 grams broccoli 2-3 floret
1 cup yogurt
spices
4chive stems
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
1/2 cup yellow cheese
juice from 1 slice of lemon.

Cleaned and washed cauliflower and broccoli in warm salted water. separated all florets.
Added lemon juice

Added salt and pepper.

wet thel florets with 1 tbsp. water and rubbed with spices

Added 1/2 cup thick yogurt

Mixing it properly coated all florets.

Spread 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs in a baking tray.

On top of breadcrumbs spread all coated cauliflower and broccoli.

Sprinkled the rest of 1/2 cup breadcrumbs on the top of cauliflower.

Then cheese And baked in a preheated oven at around 180 C for about 20 minutes.

This easy dinner is ready.

Meanwhile made a dressing using sour cream pomegranate, cucumber, paprika, and chives mixed all together using 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.

An easy simple dinner with low carbs is good for balancing the health system.
Thank you very much.

It is actually pretty cheap but I just bought some from the bargain section for a dollar a piece. I just have to cut some brown spots off haha.

I also do that Before here in Norway it was not allowed to sell spotted vegetables they just threw containers and containers. but now they are aware of saving food so sometimes get very good bargains. last week I got more than 2 kilos of champignon just for 1 dollar 10 kroners. I dried them. We have to respect food as well as everybody. Have a nice evening with delicious food sure you will make it much better. :)
