Required Ingredients...
🍀 Mushrooms100g.
🍀 About 5 dry chili pods
🍀 1 Egg.
🍀 Peanuts 30g.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
🍀 About 3 tablespoons of wheat flour.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, take the mushrooms and gently tear them into thin strips by hand. Place them in a bowl of salt-mixed water, wash them thoroughly, and squeeze out the excess water. Set them aside.
2 Step.
Next, take the cleaned mushrooms and mix them with the egg, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper, and wheat flour. Combine well until the mushrooms are evenly coated with the mixture.

Next, take a pan, add some coconut oil, and place it on the stove. First, fry the mushrooms until they turn golden brown. Then, fry the cashews until lightly browned. Afterward, add the dried chili pieces and curry leaves to the same pan and fry them as well. Set everything aside separately.

Finally, place everything into a bowl and mix well.
