Let's prepare healthy avocado mixed roti.

Good morning to all my Hive friends! How are you all doing? Today, I’d like to share with you how I made a delicious dish. Yesterday evening, I prepared avocado mixed roti, and it was super easy to make. The main ingredients I used were ripe avocado, wheat flour, and coconut flour. When combined, this creates a highly nutritious meal. Avocado helps lower cholesterol and improve heart health.

I actually found this recipe while searching on YouTube. Since I had some avocados from the market, I decided to give it a try. I should mention that the ingredients I used were enough to make about five small rotis. If you decide to make it, feel free to adjust the quantities as needed.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 1 tea spoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 A ripe mashed avocado.
🍀 Some finely chopped Centella asiatica.
🍀 A few finely chopped onion leaves.
🍀 1 teaspoon of Butter.
🍀 A little crushed garlic.
🍀 3 tablespoon of Chickpea flour.
🍀 1 1/2 cup of Wheat flour.
🍀 2 tablespoon of coconut oil.

Method of making...

First, take a cup and add wheat flour, chickpea flour, a pinch of salt, pepper powder, chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix everything well.

Next, add chopped Centella asiatica, salt leaves, finely grated white pepper, and butter to the mixture. Mix everything well.

Then, add the mashed avocado pulp to the mixture and mix thoroughly. In the meantime, add about a tablespoon of coconut oil. After that, form the mixture into a dough. I did not need to add water, but if you find it necessary while preparing, you can add a small amount of water as needed. Then make the dough into small balls.

Next, take the prepared small dough balls and flatten them into rounds using a rolling pin.

Next, place a pan on the stove and add a small amount of coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, cook the prepared avocado rotis until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.

This avocado mixed roti is perfect for serving. You can pair it with vegetables or meat dishes, making it a great addition to any meal.
