Today, I am going to share with you a very easy dish to prepare: Sausage Flowers. Required Ingredients...

🍀 5 sausage pieces.
🍀 Few chopped curry leaves.
🍀 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
🍀 water.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic.
🍀 Salt to taste.

Method of making.

First, take a bowl and add wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, curry leaves, and garlic paste. Mix well.

Then add water little by little to the mixture and make a dough.

Then break the prepared dough into several small balls and make it thin as shown in the images below.

Then place a Sausage on the thinned rothi and fold it as shown in the pictures below.

Then cut with a prepared Sausage knife as shown below and make it like a Sausage Flowers.

Then take a pan, put oil in it and let it heat. After that, fry the prepared Sausage Flowers until golden.
