65... It's when someone is retired and has senior citizen privileges. When my nana (grandma) celebrated her 65th birthday, I started calling her "SK" or Sangguniang Katigulangan (old). hehe

I can't think of a specific number of age but I'd say that it varies from person to person and it also depends on the state of mind. Maybe if you reached the moment that things no longer interests you then that's the time when you can say you are old. 😄
