RE: An Unevenness of the Soul

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

If I could tell my younger self anything it would be to steer clear of women who aren't interested in becoming better versions of themselves, women who aren't willing to change their minds when presented with valid facts, or are overly rigid or overly critical.

Well, I may not be younger you, but you told me just now, and I appreciate that. :) It's something I'd been thinking about and it's nice to get confirmation from someone whose opinion you respect.
"In sync" seems like a much more apt description for that feeling that's commonly attributed to fate or soulmate-ness. I really like this answer. Thank you :)

You're welcome! I think the traditional idea of "soulmate" might condition us to stay in relationships that are beyond their expiration date. Lol. When trying to share lessons I've learned with younger generations I always try to ask myself what would have been valuable to me when I was their age. You're way more wise/aware than I was at your age. I look back at my twenty-something self and wonder how in the world it all worked out sometimes.
