What I have to say about Hive, the good and the bad [ENG-ESP]

Greetings dear friends of Loving Hive, attending the invitation of my great friend @neruel I join this nice community to participate in this initiative, [the "Good" and/or the "Bad" of Hive](https://hive.blog/hive-189306/@rutablockchain/announcement-of-healing-initiative-espeng), I extend my invitation to @wendyth16, @maydelvalle and @leidimarc.

What can I say about Hive, many things, very good things, and as they say over there, the bad things, little and always learning from it to be better, besides getting ahead. When I came to Hive I found a great world, maybe so many things together made me feel a bit overwhelmed, so much, that I didn't know where to start after making my presentation. Despite having come from the old blockchain I saw in Hive something different, an organized platform, jealous of certain issues such as plagiarism, that values quality, creativity, originality and effort. Each of these elements, I consider key.

Hive has taught me many things, or rather, it has taken me through a learning path that seems infinite, there are many things that I have to keep learning. The truth is that this learning has been tangible and intangible and it is something that I can't stop being grateful for. Constancy, perseverance, dedication, effort and never give up are principles that we apply in life and also in Hive, to be better and better, learn from mistakes, get up and move forward. Hive is a world of opportunities to explore talents, polish even more the ones we already have and bring out what we didn't know we had. This Hive inspires us to improve and flood ourselves with knowledge. Terms like Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, Web3, dApps and other computer science knowledge I owe to this great platform.

Hive means freedom in many ways, to rediscover what we like and also freedom in financial terms without falling into abuses. Communities open up an infinite range of opportunities that identifies us with our essence, which is how it becomes a beautiful and exciting refuge. In this ecosystem we not only create enriching content that is consumed by other users and that is given in a reciprocal way, it is the ideal place to promote entrepreneurship, to publicize products, goods and services, in addition to starting projects and working as developers to always be at the forefront, but above all, to improve in every sense of the word. Hive organizes events that motivate us far beyond being just ordinary users, I could experience this at the Summit and the second edition of Caracas Blockchain Week 2023.

Communities serve us to create content with which we identify ourselves, but they become the perfect link to meet friends and very valuable people with whom we feel in tune and with an impressive sense of belonging. With these people we share knowledge, there is guidance and a helping hand, we also clarify doubts, and thanks to this, increase the chances of growing, which is why interaction is important.

Hive is diversity, each time it promotes the use of its dApps to get us out of the monotony and expand our portfolio of computer knowledge. I have used Liketu, Ecency, Peakd and 3Speak, I have also published some Threads and I am publishing for the first time in Inleo Alpha, an action that I will be doing frequently. Hive means to dare, it invites us to get out of our comfort zone, to do different things, to take on new challenges, it inspires us to leave fear behind, and that if we want to, we can achieve our goals because we can. Doing something new is not easy, I can say that I have done things on this platform that I never thought I would do, like creating stories, making recipes, among other things.

As I said in the beginning, there is little bad, and that beginnings are never, but never, easy, opening the account with some difficulties could represent a hindrance to continue for seeming something cumbersome, but everything has a reason for being, and as I always say, if it were easy anyone would do it and that is a very personal part of our achievements. Difficulties also teach us valuable things. In the beginning I made some mistakes, but those stumbles helped me to improve, I never gave up and thanks to that, I owe what I have learned so far to him.

Saludos estimados amigos de Loving Hive, atendiendo la invitación de mi gran amigo @neruel me uno a esta linda comunidad para participar en esta iniciativa, [lo "Bueno" y/o lo "Malo" de Hive](https://hive.blog/hive-189306/@rutablockchain/anuncio-de-curacin-iniciativa-espeng), extiendo mi invitación a @wendyth16, @maydelvalle y @leidimarc.

Que puedo decir de Hive?, muchas cosas, muy buenas, y como dicen por allí, de lo malo poco y siempre aprendiendo de ello para ser mejor, además de salir adelante. Cuando llegué a Hive me encontré con un mundo grandioso, quizás tantas cosas juntas me hicieron sentir algo abrumada, tanto, que no sabía por dónde comenzar después de hacer mi presentación. A pesar de haber venido de la antigua cadena de bloques vi en Hive algo diferente, una plataforma organizada, celosa de ciertos temas como el plagio, que valora la calidad, la creatividad, la originalidad y el esfuerzo. Cada uno de estos elementos, los considero clave.

Hive me ha enseñado muchas cosas, o mejor dicho, me ha llevado a transitar por un camino de aprendizajes que parece infinito, son muchas cosas que tengo que seguir aprendiendo. Lo cierto es que ese aprendizaje ha sido tangible e intangible y es algo que no puedo dejar de agradecer. Constancia, perseverancia, dedicación, esfuerzo y nunca rendirse son principios que aplicamos en la vida y también en Hive, ser cada vez mejores, aprender de los errores, levantarse y seguir adelante. Hive es un mundo de oportunidades para explorar talentos, pulir aún más los que ya tenemos y sacar a flote lo que no sabíamos que teníamos. Esta Colmena nos inspira a mejorar y a inundarnos de conocimientos. Términos como Blockchain, criptomonedas, Web3, dApps y demás conocimientos informáticos se lo debo a esta grandiosa plataforma.

Hive significa libertad en muchos sentidos, para reencontrarnos con lo que nos gusta y también libertad en términos financieros sin caer en los abusos. Las comunidades nos abren un abanico de oportunidades infinitas que nos identifica con nuestra esencia, es así como se convierte en un hermoso y apasionante refugio. En este ecosistema no solo creamos contenido enriquecedor que es consumido por otros usuarios y que se da de manera recíproca, es el sitio de ideal para promover emprendimientos, dar a conocer productos, bienes y servicios, además de comenzar proyectos y trabajar como desarrolladores para siempre estar a la vanguardia, pero sobre todo, mejorar en todo el sentido de la palabra. Hive organiza eventos que nos motivan mucho más allá de ser solo usuarios ordinarios, esto lo pude vivir en el Summit y la segunda edición de Caracas Blockchain Week 2023.

Las comunidades nos sirven para crear contenido con los que nos identificamos, pero se convierten en el enlace perfecto para conocer amigos y personas muy valiosas con quienes nos sentimos en sintonía y con un sentido de pertenencia impresionante. Con estas personas compartimos conocimientos, existe la orientación y la mano amiga, también aclaramos dudas, y gracias a esto, aumentan la posibilidades de crecer, es por ello, que la interacción es importante.

Hive es diversidad, cada vez promueve el uso de sus dApps para lograr que salgamos de la monotonía y ampliar nuestra cartera de conocimientos informáticos. He usado Liketu, Ecency, Peakd y 3Speak, también he publicado algunos Threads y estoy publicando por primera vez en Inleo Alpha, una acción que estaré haciendo de manera frecuente. Hive significa atreverse, nos invita a salirnos de nuestra zona de confort, a hacer cosas diferentes, a asumir nuevos retos, nos inspira a dejar el miedo atrás, y que si queremos, logramos muestras metas porque si podemos. Hacer algo nuevo no es fácil, yo puedo decir que he hecho cosas en esta plataforma que jamás pensé que haría, como crear historias, hacer recetas, entre otras cosas.

Como dije en un principio, de lo malo poco, y que los comienzos nunca, pero nunca, son fáciles, abrir la cuenta con algunas dificultades podría representar una traba para seguir por parecer algo engorroso, pero todo tiene una razón de ser, y como siempre digo, si fuera fácil cualquiera lo haría y esa una parte muy personal de nuestros logros. Las dificultades también nos enseñan cosas valiosas. En un principio cometí algunos errores, pero esos tropiezos me ayudaron a mejorar, nunca me rendí y gracias a eso, le debo lo que he aprendido hasta ahora.
