THE MATERIALS USED AND THE PROCESS

Materials used:

• Pencil
• Sketchpad
• Laptop
• Mouse
• Krita (application I used)

Process:

In the process of making this fanart, I think it took me around 6-8 hours. This includes the sketching of the template in my sketchpad.

CREATING TEMPLATE

In creating the remplate, I use a sketchpad and pencil. I did this because it'sdifficult to directly draw my template in kirta since I don't haae a digital pen. I think its more efficient for me in doing so, I could just take a picture of the finished template and import it in the application when I'm done.

LINE ART AND FIRST LAYER COLORS
After uploading the template I proceeded with creating the lineart and applied the first layers of colors.

SHADOWS & HIGHLIGHTS
I was still kind of experimenting on how I would shade my digital art. It tool me quite a while to find the right shading for me as a beginner. When I did, I stuck to it and still is trying to master it along the artworks I make. Im just using a selection tool and soft airbrush combo. For the backgroun I just kept it a simple black to have really give the lighting emphasis.
