It's heartwarming to read how your father's care and love helped you navigate life after losing your Mom. I also like to think that your mother has left a piece of her in him and that he has shown (is still showing) them to you and others. It's so hard to accept the fact that my mom is no longer with us, but still grateful that we still have our father who loves and cares for us and does everything to be with us all the time. I am also looking forward to our father-daughter relationship to be stronger.
