QC Community Weekly Contest #133- Failure

​Hello everyone, is nice to meet again in this week contest on failure. As we all know failure lead to success, no failure,no success, a child can not walk without falling so many times as he starts learning how to sit, how to craw and finally how to walk.

Failure

We say one has failed when the plan didn't go as planned. When you put in your effort to achieve something and fall short of that. Failure is inevitable. One must fail at a point in life. One thing is that, when you fail, it give you opportunity to figure out the best way to do it and succeed.

What do you think is easier, failing privately or publicly, and why?

It is easier failing privately as it doesn't give the one who fail so much pressure. The person can get up ,cry or regret or even look for who to tell to get direction. I want to use food for example. Looking at the delicious meal above. You can see that it is well prepared by expert. When the person started, he made a lot of mistake and was corrected by his madam and today he can prepare it very well.

Now, when you fail publicly, you learn so many things although it's embarrassing, down heartening and disappointing. There will be so much pressure, talk and some times insult but I tell you that is more challenging to do better. Imagine your boss telling you in the public, you are a big disappointment to the company because you failed in your plans and the company loose money. You will sit up, give all your best next time to get it right, that is why we say that achievers don't quit but losers quit. All this is because of failure.

Have you ever stopped trying something out of fear of failure?

Yes, I stopped trying trading forex and crypto because of fear and failure. Again, I thought is not for me since I am finding it difficult to understand. When I joined hive, I nearly quit but didn't quit rather gave it my best and keep learning every day.

Have you ever stopped trying something because people around you would find out if you failed?
No, this one is not in my dictionary, my name is Jack of all trade, master of all. I don't care because they won't pay my bills so I try new things and ready to fail so that I will learn it well. In fact if I fail why trying, I will work hard and smarter than before to do better especially when I loose money or when my reputation is involved.

What do you think would help someone overcome their fear of failure?

Focus, self-discipline, consistency, commitment, patience, perseverance and prayers.

In conclusion, failure is part of life, fail and succeed or refuse to fail and remain poor.
