Its another week to celebrate African musician and their songs at afri-tunes week 74, as i will never get tired of this.
For this week of afri-tunes, I will be singing a song by Femi Micah tittled "fi agbara rehan" in yoruba meaning "show forth your power".
This song was sang live on stage about 10 years ago, but I make sure I still have it on my phone because it's a Spirit filled song.

This song talks about God's saving power, He's the only one capable of saving us any form of trials and tribulations.
When we are filled with burning fire of God, no evil shall come near us, and when we are drown in His river of power, we shall never be tempted.
God is ready to do miraculous things in our life's only if we believe.

The reason behind choosing this song was when I came across it on my playlist, I had no choice but to present it to explain how God has been showing forth His power over my Life. Even when hope is lost, he delivers me from the wishes of the enemies.

LYRICS

Let your fire fill my soul
let your river overflow
let your presence make me whole
kabiyoosi, oluwa (no king like you, Lord)

fi agbara rehan, layemi (show forth your power, in my life)
kabiyoosi oluwa (no king like you, lord)

forever, I'll praise and adore you
kabiyoosi oluwa

The meaning of the title rhymes with my church youth's convention coming up next week.

The power of God can do and undo.
Nice presentation brother

Indeed, the power of God is one that shouldn't be contended with.
