CoinMarketCap Earn Program - sharing my experience

Hello and welcome to the readers.

I was exploring new ways to earn crypto and i came across coinmarketcap earn program.

CoinMarketCap earn is a program where you can earn crypto by watching a set of videos, do few tasks (if any) and then take a quiz.

The concept is similar to coinbase earn, but different in many ways.

Firstly, every altcoin is defined as a campaign within the coinmarketcap earn and it has a campaign end date.
You will get a predetermined amount of altcoins only after the campaign is over, provided you have done the tasks properly and also answered all the questions correct
The results may take a month after the campaign is over.

There are few pre-requisites for earning:

• You need a Coinmarketcap account
• You also need a KYC-verified Binance account

Strange!! You can see the highlighted countries who cannot participate and United states is in that list.

Anyways, i am in UK, so i created a new coinmarketcap account and also verified my existing binance account.

To test the earning part, i selected Nervos Network campaign

I viewed all the 3 videos and then did the quiz.

On completion of the quiz i recieved a standard confirmation email.

The campaign end date is not defined, which means i will have to wait longer to find out whether i did the quiz correct and will get the nervos network tokens/altcoins

Verdict:

• It is not that user friendly as coinbase earn.
• Also you don't get the altcoins or results of the quiz immediately
• Some of the campaigns have tasks like joining the network or doing some transactions, which doesn't appeal at all.
• Only other campaign without any tasks is the graph token. The other two campaigns have tasks associated.
• In my opinion, it is not worth the time.
