Meditación y Salud Mental Ante Las Ocupaciones | LOH#213
Analizando un poco las preguntas que nos trae está semana @jane1289 es inevitable no pensar en la salud mental ya que está es fundamental en nuestro desarrollo como personas tanto hacia con los demás como de manera interna y personal .
Y es a medida que vamos adquiriendo responsabilidades y ocupaciones es vital mantener una salud y una concentración para no caer en bloques y emociones que nos afecten , por lo que es vital tener un equilibrio constante y que sea adecuado para nosotros .
Por lo que al preguntarnos
¿Que hábitos usamos para mantenernos saludables a pesar de que tengamos una agenda ocupada?
Ciertamente tener momentos llenos de actividades implica una organización tanto del entorno como de nosotros mismos .
Ciertamente en mi caso el mantener un orden un poco constante y darme ese empujon para que esté ese balance de organización ante todas las demás cosas me ayuda a tener una mente más saludable y alejada de los estrés y frustraciones además ciertamente un poco de buena planificación nos permite poder realizar y tomar en cuenta las necesidades de nuestro ser como lo es el descansar , comer y tener nuestros momentos de recreación así como poder despejarnos de todo por momentos
Analyzing a little the questions that @jane1289 brings us this week, it is inevitable not to think about mental health since it is fundamental in our development as people both towards others and internally and personally.
And it is as we acquire responsibilities and occupations that it is vital to maintain health and concentration so as not to fall into blocks and emotions that affect us, so it is vital to have a constant balance that is suitable for us.
So when asking ourselves
What habits do we use to stay healthy even though we have a busy schedule?
Certainly having moments full of activities implies an organization of both the environment and ourselves.
Certainly in my case, maintaining a somewhat constant order and giving myself that push to have that balance of organization before all other things helps me to have a healthier mind and away from stress and frustrations. In addition, certainly a little good planning allows us to be able to carry out and take into account the needs of our being such as resting, eating and having our moments of recreation as well as being able to clear our minds for a moment.
Mantener ese orden por más pequeño que parezca en mi caso ayuda mucho a mantener una salud mental y también en mantener un bienestar .
Ahora bien ¿ que pasa con la meditación y darnos ese momento de reflexionar ?
Personalmente mi meditación para mi es antes de dormir pensar y analizar conmigo misma a modo de estar luego ya preparada para dormir con la mente clara y tranquila pues el dormir con pendientes por más pequeños que sean no es algo que vea para mí .
Y es que el reflexionar y pensar para liberar es la mejor manera de conectar con nosotros mismos , claro sin ir a lo excesivo y que este meditar , conectar o incluso tener un momento con nosotros de consentirse nos de la claridad ante todo en lo que estemos .
Maintaining that order, no matter how small it may seem, helps a lot in my case to maintain mental health and also to maintain well-being.
Now, what about meditation and giving ourselves that moment to reflect?
Personally, my meditation for me is before going to sleep, thinking and analyzing with myself in order to be ready to sleep with a clear and calm mind, because sleeping with pending tasks, no matter how small, is not something I see for myself.
And it is that reflecting and thinking to free ourselves is the best way to connect with ourselves, of course without going overboard, and that this meditation, connecting or even having a moment with ourselves to pamper ourselves gives us clarity about everything we are in.

I sometimes do mind-clearing before sleeping. Because if I don't do that, I won't be able to fall asleep easily. I guess that's a good practice too.
