I'm very excited to take part in another week's Splinterlands Art Contest (Week 336) with my last art creation. Drawing inspiration from the enigmatic and powerful beings of the Splinterlands battle game project, I bring you the 'Drybone Hobgoblin.
About the Artwork:
This artwork is a bold and vibrant representation of a ferocious orc-like warrior, exuding raw power and primal intensity. The dominant green skin, lined with deep red and yellow war paint, gives the animal a striking tribal appearance, evoking the spirit of an unstoppable battlefield conqueror. Its piercing, dark eyes radiate an intense gaze, adding to its menacing presence. The scowling expression, accentuated by the massive, sharp teeth, reinforces its brutal and unyielding nature.
Draped in a rugged fur cloak with elaborate tribal armour, the warrior's intricate adornment – skull ornaments, beads and battle-scarred metal plates – tells the story of countless victories.
Armed with a bloodstained, curved axe, the figure stands as a symbol of relentless aggression and dominance. Detailed hand-drawn lines, cross-hatching and striking color contrasts bring this mighty warrior to life, making it an impressive and terrifying artistic creation.

About Drybone Hobgoblin
The relentless cycle of raiding, looting, and enslavement has become a way of life for the hobgoblins of the Drybone Anarchists. Their constant plunder brings wealth and a steady flow of slaves, and their battle scars make for fine tales in the taverns of Stonetown.
Yet the alliance with the Chaos Empire has sparked tension throughout the anarchists. Many resent the empire’s oversight and the order that it forces down their throats. At first, the will of the people of Praetoria was broken, and they hardly put up a fight. Most of the anarchists’ hobgoblins figured concessions could be made for such easy pickings.
But lately, they’ve encountered more and more resistance… and more than a few additional scars.
