Black clouds over the city of Minsk | PhotoFeed Contest - Cityscape Photography Round 64
Hello, friends!
I love the city of Minsk, I have been there many times and this city reminds me of the times of my childhood. There are many beautiful and interesting places in Minsk, one of them is the observation deck on the building of the National Library of Belarus. From a height of more than 70 meters there are magnificent views of the city of Minsk. At all times of the year, you can take colorful photographs from the observation deck; when I’m in Minsk, I try to take advantage of this opportunity.
Today at PhotoFeed Contest - Cityscape Photography Round 64 by @photofeed I present a photograph of the Mayak Minska residential complex ", taken in September 2022.
This is what the Mayak Minska residential complex looks like from the ground, from the park in front of the library building, the photo was taken before visiting the observation deck.
The building of the National Library of Belarus itself was built in the shape of a diamond according to the design of architects Vinogradov and Kramarenko in 2005 - 2006.
I remember during my visit to the observation deck, the weather was cloudy all day, and it rained at times. In addition to the open observation deck, there is also a closed observation deck on the 22nd floor, I decided that if it rained, I would go down and take a walk along it. Of course, looking and photographing through glass is not so convenient, but the next day I was flying out of Minsk, I wanted to look at the city from above. I was lucky, although black clouds were overhead, there was no rain and I enjoyed the view of autumn Minsk.
