Hello dear ladies and friends of this community. This week our friend @merit.ahama brings us two interesting questions, which are:

2️⃣ Most of us are either working from home or in an office, sitting for hours to get work done. What are the hacks or exercises you do to reduce sedentary challenges?
To answer these questions let me tell you the story from which it all stems. Two years ago I felt a lump in my left breast, I went to the doctor and after a biopsy the diagnosis was CA of the Left Breast, which led to radical breast surgery, this means that they removed my breast from the root and also They removed 5 lymph nodes from my arm on that same side. Thank God everything was encapsulated and the lymph nodes were clean of any contagion.
Since then I must completely eliminate sugar, canned foods, sausages, everything ultra-processed and carbohydrates, bringing them to their minimum expression.
When they applied the 8 chemotherapies to me, they told me that I could eat rice once a week and only 1 tablespoon since this carbohydrate is quickly converted into glucose in the body. I ate a lot of salads and grilled chicken or pork, I can eat meat once a month.
I have noticed that there are many cases of these, in women, men and children worldwide and I am concerned that in supermarkets there is no space dedicated to healthy products that do not contain sugar and are free of additives that preserve food.
Regarding sedentary lifestyle and exercises, I must confess that I do not exercise as I should, but something that I manage to do is walk. When I asked the doctor what type of exercises I could do, he told me to walk, so I'm the one who goes shopping, I walk to the market that is about 10 blocks away and I take my shopping cart to bring the vegetables.
Another thing I do is that after making a publication I get up from my chair and go to the kitchen, prepare food and then go back to writing. This is what I do when I have to cook 3 meals and although it is not an exercise as such, at least I give mobility to my legs.

2️⃣ La mayoría de nosotros trabajamos desde casa o en una oficina, sentados durante horas para realizar el trabajo. ¿Cuáles son los trucos o ejercicios que haces para reducir los desafíos sedentarios?
Para contestar estas preguntas déjenme contarles la historia de donde se deriva todo. Hace dos años me palpe un bulto en mi seno izquierdo, fui al médico y despues de una biopsia el diagnostico fue CA de Mama Izquierda, lo que llevo a una cirugia radical de seno, esto quiere decir que me eliminaron el seno de raiz y ademas me extirparon 5 ganglios del brazo de ese mismo lado. Gracias a Dios todo estaba encapsulado y los ganglios estaban limpios de cualquier contagio.
Desde entonces debo eliminar totalmente el azúcar, los enlatados, los embutidos, todo lo ultra procesado y los carbohidratos llevarlos a su minima expresión.
Cuando me aplicaron las 8 quimioterapias me dijeron que podia comer arroz una vez por semana y solo 1 cucharada ya que este carbohidrato se convierte rapidamente en glucosa en el cuerpo. Que comiera muchas ensaladas y el pollo o cerdo a la plancha, la carne la puedo consumir una vez al mes.
He notado que hay muchos casos de estos, en mujeres, hombres y niños a nivel mundial y veo con preocupacion que en los supermercados no hay un espacio dedicado a los productos sanos que no contengan azucar y esten libres de los aditivos que conservan los alimentos.
En cuanto al sedentarismo y los ejercicios debo confesar que no me ejercito como deberia, pero algo que yo logro hacer es caminar. Cuando le pregunte al doctor que tipo de ejercicios puedo hacer me dijo que caminara, asi que yo soy quien va a hacer compras, me voy caminando hacia el mercado que me queda a unas 10 cuadras y llevo mi carrito de compras para traer las verduras.
Otra cosa que hago es que despues de realizar una publicacion me levanto de la silla y voy a la cocina, preparo la comida y luego vuelvo a escribir. Asi hago cuando tengo que cocinar las 3 comidas y aunque no es un ejercicio como tal al menos le doy movilidad a mis piernas.

So sorry to hear about your previous health problems by the way having a diet it's good for health I had too a very strict diet after some kidney problems.
With or without health problems, we should always start the year with a healthy diet to cleanse our body of all the excesses of the holiday season.
