M-Burger Kalingga - One of the Tastiest Burger Outlets in My City

This city has started to fill with water from the sky, because the rainy season has started to arrive. Because winter in other parts of the world has started. Indonesia is also not inferior to rain that is so bad that it doesn't stop for 48 hours.

You know that rain causes this city to flood, because of the bad waterways and ditches that have existed since ancient times. This city is starting to sink a little because the ditch is not running, even the streets have been flooded into a river on land. But, even though it is flooded, the stagnant water will begin to recede within a few hours.

Bad luck happened when I left the house and had to do something. So, I used a car so that my motorbike didn't break down on the road because of the flood. But instead my car had to wait a long time because there were traffic jams everywhere. In fact, I didn't move from the spot for more than 1 hour. Crazy, I was starting to get hungry and forgot to bring something from home.

Because I knew that this traffic jam would take a long time, so I took a break at one of the burger restaurants near me. I've been here for work, but I didn't know that next to this coffee shop there was a small outlet selling burgers.

I was curious because my wife said, this burger is the best burger in town. So you become more curious and interested. I thought it was an ordinary burger that tasted similar to the burger at McDonald's. It turned out to be different than usual. So, you have to know my first impression of this famously delicious burger!

Ordered one burger combo fries for 103,000 rupiah, equivalent to $7 which is quite expensive for Indonesians. Usually at McDonald's, a menu like this is less than $5. So, since I was pretty hungry and late on my meal, I took a breath and was patient with the price.

The M Burger outlet is very small, so they are united with the Me.Dan.Co Coffee shop. So, after paying, I immediately sat on the chair and waited for my order to arrive. In less than 10 minutes, the burger I ordered finally arrived and I was drooling over its appearance.

This is the most beautiful burger in terms of appearance that I have tried in my life. The bread looks very shimmering and with black and white sesame sprinkled on top, the color is also brown which looks very beautiful in the spotlight of this coffee shop. Besides the burger there are lots of fries, beautiful potato wedges.

Of course, the first time I ate it, I tried potato wedges sprinkled with salt, oregano and pepper. Fried very well so it feels very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pieces of potato wedges are very good, 100% pure potato without any flour mixture.

I often find potato wedges mixed with flour and then cut and fried. That's a little strange, because I really like pureed 100% potatoes and it would make it taste better than if there was a mixture.

Then after trying the potato wedges, it's time to enjoy a burger from mburger. Its a wrap. Crazy, it tastes really good. Especially on the bun of this burger. They say they make their own bread without a manufacturer. So, everything is made using the recipes they have, even the mayonnaise they use.

Also about the burger filling, real meat that is chopped and uses meltique beef. So it feels very fatty and soft. Fresh meat is the priority of making this burger. Everything is really very fresh and from quality ingredients. Maintaining the best quality is the most important thing about the most expensive burger in my city.

There is a vegetable filling that they use, namely green romain, so it is very crunchy when you bite into it. Although there are only a few vegetables compared to the amount of meat and bread. And they use yellow cheese similar to mustard. Quality cheddar slices are grilled directly on top of the meat so that it melts perfectly and blends with the taste of the meltique meat. I think this is the best investment in my stomach. Occasionally pamper him with delicious food like this. Even though it's expensive, I don't regret trying it, and will probably come back again another time.
