Hello everyone,
How are you all? I hope you are in good condition and always happy.
If you hear the word 'Pho' in your mind, it must be something warming. A bowl filled with noodles with lots of leaves and lots of slices of very tender beef. The leaves consist of mint, basil, sprouts and others which are very fragrant, full of beef broth which has a very strong savory taste.

One of the Vietnamese foods that I like the most, apart from being healthy because it is an abundance of delicious real food, even though there is a bit of fat from beef, I think it is the best collagen for the body.

Pho is a food that I ate every day while I was in Vietnam, of course apart from banh mi, it was more of a favorite and I would even be willing to live in Vietnam if I wanted to enjoy it every day. Pho, so delicious with its warming sauce.

You know that the city of Da Lat is one of the cities in Vietnam that is high enough to make the air temperature very cold, besides being a rainy city. It rains almost every time, 3-7 times a day and that is very common here.

Because of the rain and cold air, I was always hungry all day long. I'm not used to it because where I live is quite hot due to the hot sun, so I adjusted my body temperature to this place. one way is to warm my body with food, of course with Pho.

Found pho that I could eat, that wasn't contaminated with pork or lard. We found it in a restaurant in the middle of Da Lat city, that's because I had to go to the local bank here to exchange money. We ran out of money (VND) and it was difficult to use cards here. Very difficult in fact. They use local banks to use qris and other things, so, I have to use cash continuously if I want to buy things.

This Pho can be seen from a roundabout in the middle of the city, not even far from the famous lake in Da Lat. At that time we really needed a warm meal and found the best hidden gems pho in Da Lat. Yes, it's really very tasty, I'm being very honest.

This is the menu and they also list the prices. Not as cheap as the pho on the other side of the road, but this could be a recommendation for halal food. It's not difficult to read the menu because they write it in English too. There are many types of pho, one of which I chose pho with meatballs. Quite different from other pho but I really wanted to try it.

One bowl is enough because the portion is quite large. There are various condiments such as chili, lime, pickle and various types of vegetables. I really like the vegetables which are very varied with very fresh quality. One of them is romaine and siomak which I think is the most flavorful and that's what I really taste.

What's unique is that this restaurant is similar to a Japanese restaurant with a minimalist concept like what I saw on TV. I often watch several Japanese restaurants on YouTube before sleeping as ASMR.

However, this restaurant is empty of visitors, which is a shame, even though it tastes very good. Is it because the price is too expensive? but in my opinion, with very luxurious taste standards at a price like this it is not expensive. they even tend to be cheap. If I could come back here, I would be satisfied eating pho.
