This week, I decided to participate in the community contest by answering one of the questions they proposed:
1️⃣ What was the last photo you took? Share it with us and tell the story behind it!
The last time I took photos was a few days ago, on an afternoon when the sky was full of clouds. It was just the moment of sunset, and even though the sun was hiding, the clouds looked incredible because they were taking on very beautiful and bright colors.
But here comes the special part: my cat, whom I named Negro, decided that this was the perfect moment to make himself noticed. Negro is a cat of 12 years and 7 months, already an old gentleman, but still the king of the house, or at least of mine. Although he is quite elusive when I try to take close-up photos of him, it seems he understood that the sunset was not complete without him.
So, while I was trying to capture the play of colors in the sky, Negro positioned himself right in front, adding his silhouette to the scene. Curiously, he placed himself in a spot where the sunlight didn't reach, so his figure appeared dark against the bright background of the sky. It was a perfect mix: the intense brightness of the sky and him, calm and majestic in the foreground.
I ended up taking two photos: one showing how the sun illuminated the clouds and my cat looking to one side, and another where he looks forward with a mysterious tranquility, contrasting with that vibrant background. These images not only captured a beautiful landscape but also an intimate moment with my beloved cat, who has been my faithful companion for all these years.
Through this experience, I was reminded of how sometimes, the simplest moments can be the most beautiful. Negro and the sunset reminded me of the importance of appreciating the little things in life, those we often overlook.

Esta semana, decidí participar en el concurso de la comunidad respondiendo a una de las preguntas que nos propusieron:
1️⃣ ¿Cuál fue la última foto que tomaste? ¡Compártela con nosotros y cuenta la historia detrás de ella!
La última vez que saqué fotos fue hace unos días, en una tarde donde el cielo estaba lleno de nubes. Justo era el momento del atardecer, y aunque el sol se estaba escondiendo, las nubes se veían increíbles porque tomaban colores muy bonitos y brillantes.
Pero aquí viene lo especial: mi gato, a quien le puse de nombre Negro, decidió que ese era el momento perfecto para hacerse notar. Negro es un gato de 12 años con 7 meses, ya un señor mayor, pero sigue siendo el rey de la casa o por lo menos el mío. Aunque es bastante esquivo cuando intento sacarle fotos de cerca, parece que entendió que el atardecer no estaba completo sin el.
Así que, mientras yo intentaba capturar el juego de colores en el cielo, Negro se puso justo delante, añadiendo su silueta a la escena. Lo curioso es que él se colocó en un lugar donde la luz del sol no llegaba, por lo que su figura aparecía oscura contra el fondo luminoso del cielo. Era una mezcla perfecta: el brillo intenso del cielo y él, tranquilo y majestuoso en primer plano.
Terminé tomando dos fotos: una mostrando cómo el sol iluminaba las nubes y mi gato mirando hacia un lado, y otra donde mira hacia el frente con una misteriosa tranquilidad, contrastaba con ese fondo vibrante. Estas imágenes no solo capturaron un bello paisaje, sino también un momento íntimo con mi querido gato, que ha sido mi fiel compañero durante todos estos años.
A través de esta experiencia, recordé cómo a veces, los momentos más simples pueden ser los más hermosos. Negro y el atardecer me recordaron la importancia de apreciar las pequeñas cosas de la vida, esas que a menudo pasamos por alto.
Espero que les gusten las fotos tanto como a mí me gustó tomarlas y que esta pequeña historia les traiga una sonrisa. ¡Me encantaría ver también las fotos que ustedes han tomado y las historias que tienen para contar! Así que me voy a poner a leer y observar sus post.

Wow 12 years old cat i have 2 male cats a brown and a black but they keep on fighting and make house messy but still we love them and they are staying with us for about 3 years now
