Splinterlands DIY fan art // VAMPIRE BAT (English /Spanish)
A loving greeting to all my Hive friends I am pleased to be once again in this beautiful community DIYHub where we continue celebrating the world origami day and I have come with another of my origami representations on Splinterlands cards.
This time I chose the card VAMPIRE BAT I loved it because its story is dramatic and deep. A love story that ended in loss, blood and a curse that would last forever. No doubt very inspiring, that's why I wanted to bring you my own VAMPIRE BAT made through the beautiful art of paper folding.
We won't need many materials, we only need a square cardboard, in my case and to fit the Splinterlands card I chose black. In the video you can see each of the steps to obtain this beautiful paper figure. The process is simple, although as in all origami figures is important to pay close attention and make the folds very accurately.
For those who are starting in origami I always advise to have clean and dry hands, paper and water are a bad combination. The table or space where you work should also be clean, because paper tends to get dirty very quickly. If your hands sweat a lot, have a cloth nearby to dry them, because the sweat moistens the paper, makes it more flexible and makes the process more difficult, besides you run the risk of tearing it.

Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive me complace estar una vez más en esta hermosa comunidad DIYHub donde seguimos celebrando el día mundial del origami y he venido con otra de mis representaciones en origami sobre las cartas de Splinterlands.
Esta vez escogí la carta VAMPIRE BAT me encanto porque su historia es dramática y profunda. Una historia de amor que termino en pérdida, sangre y una maldición que duraría para siempre. Sin duda muy inspirador, por eso he querido traerles mi propio VAMPIRE BAT hecho a través del hermoso arte de doblar papel.
No necesitaremos muchos materiales, tan solo necesitamos una cartulina cuadrada, en mi casi y para ajustarme a la carta de Splinterlands escogí el color negro. En el video podrán ver cada uno de los pasos para obtener esta hermosa figura de papel. El proceso es sencillo, aunque como en todas las figuras de origami es importante prestar mucha atención y hacer los dobleces con mucha precisión.
A quienes están iniciando en el origami siempre les aconsejo tener las manos limpias y secas, el papel y el agua son mala combinación. La mesa o espacio donde trabajes también debe estar limpia, pues el papel tiende a ensuciarse muy rápido. Si te sudan mucho las manos ten un paño cerca para secarte, púes el sudor humedece el papel, lo hace más flexible y dificultara el proceso, además de que corres el riesgo de que se rompa.
