#183 Edition || Ladies of Hive

Hey ladies out there! This week contest is simple but so challenging and a lot of memories popped up when I browsed my gallery what was the latest photo I had taken and what was the story behind it. So here it is,it was taken at the entrance of the Barangay Road going to our respective and humble community. This place has a lot of memories during my high school and college days.

During my high school days, I and my friends love to go in the town fiesta of our nearby municipality and we use to go home in our house and sleep there. I have atleast 12 friends who were going home with me that time, we are like brothers and sisters actually. I can still remember it was full moon that night and we have to walk from that entrance going to our house for around 20 minutes. It was already 12 midnyt. I remember, we were having fun while walking, teasing our friends who fear "ghost". Well, I dont believe that ghost exist and I have no fear since our place is safe.
As we reached that entrance, we rest first to regain strength to walk. As we are resting, I feel something weird where its full moon but it seems the entrance is so dark and nobody had brought flashlight.It was already 12 midnyt. That time there is no electricity in our community. We only used gas lump or flashlight with battery. So, as we begin to walk, I am teasing my friends sharing with them some ghost stories in our place, and some of them just close their eyes holding each other while I burst in laughing at them. So, I stopped telling stories and we talked about school activities and so many things. But that night something strange happen to us which all of us has not slept and nobody attempt to go in the comfort room since our comfort room is at outside of our house and we have nu current and only using gas lump. I will be sharing what happen along our way going home when there will be an episode about ghost stories.Lol😁

Another story I can't forget in that entrance is that I was now in college. That part of entrance was not cemented yet so it is rough and dusty. But that time, public utility vehicles were now available reaching our community unless we give additional amount aside from our fare, they will take us in the turning point where the road ends. I remember the time I have boils in the left and right part of my butt. Since the entrance is rocky and the jeep has to make a full force not to be left hanging at the uphill part of the entrance. So while the jeep is trying to keep force,and the jeep swayed and jumping to the rough part, I felt that the boils in my butt had burst and its so painful and I felt hot liquid coming out. I told my friend whats happening but they burst in laugh while trying to see if my pants is in blood. And I'm ashamed the driver will see it and the blood will stained the seat covers.Thank God I brought jacket which O used to cover my butt. and I simply wiped the blood stain qhere I seat.

Last memory in that entrance was when we met accident going down in that entrance. The jeepney had lost its control and break so the driver has to make a quick decision for us not to reach the main highway or worst we will be going to the other steepy side of the highway which has no barrier. So the driver bumped the jeep at the side of the road which cause the jeep fell over. I saw some of the passenger who tried to jump but some of them were being injured. They all went out and I was left in inside the jeepney and I cant move. I saw my uncle and cousin burst in laughing while trying to pull the boxes, and the generator that was on top of me. But off course they checked if Im okay and luckily there was no android phone that time or cameras that time. When they had pulled the boxes and the generator,they asked me again if Im okay and if I have injuries. So upon assessing me, and nothing happened to me, they help me get up. So, I am setting next to my cousin and I observed she is not talking, so I asked her if she's okay and she didn't respond me so I slapped her face, not that strong to wake her up and there she talked and she said she is dizzy. She is asking me if we are still alive or dead. So after all of us has been in one place the driver went to asked help from other jeepney driver. It took around 30 minutes when the jeepney arrived and we proceed to the hospital for proper treatment.

And now, it is already fully developed. We have also regular transportation such motor cycles, private vehicles who always offer ride when they saw someone walking and we have garage or private vehicles for hire. Since the regular PUJ's were mandated to stay in the designated turning point along the highway. So, the private vehicle owners organized their garage association to operate private vehicles for hire from the entrance going up in our community.
I hope someday this barangay road will turn to provincial road to make it two lane and make this entrance a beautiful spot to recognize our growing community.

And about the funniest name I've wver heard, I will share an amazing names of my two cousin's son and one of my nephew:
The funniest name I've ever heard was Brucele and his surname is Wangle, Brucele Wangle it reads (Bruce Lee Wang Lee) and he has a friend named Jetly (read as Jet Lee). So, one time, they went to a wedding and they joined in the dance floor with their chosen partner. They introduce theirselves to the young ladies but they don't believe it and claiming they are just having fun, thats why they were disappointed and went home.😁 Well, the story behind is that in our community, they love action movie of Bruce Lee, Jet Lee and Jackie Chan.
Wait! There's more,one of my cousins, his name is Jill but when they got his birth certificate appeared as Hell so he really hate his name specially in our dialect we pronounce Jill as hell😁 So, if we call him hell he truly get mad at us.
