Hello friends of this wonderful community. After being absent for a while, today I bring you a cover on electric guitar of a Colombian singer called Greeicy. “A Veces A Besos” is a romantic reggaeton song that tells the story of a secret love. It was released in June of last year. In November, a remix was released in collaboration with urban artist Kapo. This renewed version of the hit has already reached the Top 15 on the Latin Pop Airplay US Chart. This remix came at an important time for the Colombian, who was in the middle of a world tour with Greeicy-Yeliana World Tour. The reason for doing this cover was thanks to a friend called Stefany Marval who is also a singer and in October of last year she invited me to play the acoustic guitar to do a cover of this song. We met with other friends in a great place in the city where I live in Cumaná, Sucre State in Venezuela. There we recorded with professional cameras and sound and the result was excellent, many people liked it. It is worth noting that this song does not have any other guitar covers on the web nor the chords, so I had to listen to it several times to learn it by ear on the guitar. There we recorded with professional cameras and sound, we stayed until late at night recording and perfecting everything to achieve the best possible result, a lot of people liked it. I have to mention that the day before there was a storm in the city and it rained a lot so the place the next day had to be arranged several times so we could record normally. But the craziest anecdote of the day of recording was that in the morning when I was going to work on my motorcycle I had an accident, another motorcycle hit me and I had several wounds on my feet but thank God on my hands they were only a few scratches, in the end I was able to record the song but on a chair. Hola amigos de esta maravillosa comunidad. Luego de estar un tiempo ausente, hoy les traigo un cover en la guitarra eléctrica de una cantante colobiana Llamada Greeicy.
A Veces A Besos” es una canción de reggaetón romántico que narra la historia de un amor secreto. Fue lanzada en Junio del año pasado. En noviembre fue lanzado un remix en colaboración con el artista urbano Kapo. Esta versión renovada del éxito que ya alcanzó el Top 15 en el Latin Pop Airplay US Chart . Este remix llegó en un momento importante para la colombiana, quien estaba en plena gira mundial con Greeicy-Yeliana World Tour.
La razón de hacer este cover fue gracias a una amiga llamada Stefany Marval que es cantante también y en Octubre del año pasado me invitó a tocar la guitarra acústica para hacer un cover de esta canción. Nos reunimos junto a otros amigos en un sitio genial en la ciudad donde vivo en Cumaná, Estado Sucre en Venezuela. Allí grabamos con cámaras y sonido profesional, estuvimos hasta tarde en la noche grabando y perfeccionando todo para lograr el mejor resultado posible, a mucha gente le gustó. Tengo que mencionar que el día anterior hubo una tormenta en la ciudad y llovió mucho por lo que el lugar al otro día hubo que hacer varios arreglos para que pudiéramos grabar con normalidad. Pero la anécdota mas loca del día de grabación fue que el día en la mañana cuando voy en mi moto al trabajo tuve un accidente, otra moto me chocó y tuve varias heridas en los pies pero gracias a Dios en las mano solo fueron unos raspones, al final pude grabar la canción pero en una silla. Cabe destacar que esta canción no tiene otros covers en la guitarra en la web ni los acordes, por lo que tuve que escucharla varias veces para aprenderla a oído en la guitarra.
