For experience, time off to study further into a field you prefer the 9 to 5 suited many to slowly grow their portfolio when young, learn skills working with others, discussing problems or guiding younger team members.

Later in life these basics are a blessing should the need arrive to work remotely or for oneself, so I do agree with early years being within an office situation introduced to office etiquette.

Yes! Besides, younger people tend to have less burdens to carry, and so they are allowed to get the full time experience they need in a 9-5 job without being distracted by other worries. Thank you.

Good time in life to learn office etiquette, how to deal with people and fit into a team, very beneficial for later in life.
