How to draw a cat with realistic textures 🐱

Just by making an oval and adding a triangular shape above and another on the left side. Then we're going to divide it. We're going to add another oval. To make its snout, and we're almost there. eh, we add the mouth, which is like one, and in reverse, and with a rhombus shape, we can draw inside what its nostrils will be.

If we make a triangle above like the one I made, at its ends at the top we can place the eyes, but they should be tilted. I'm going to make a smaller eye on the right side, smaller, I mean more closed, not really smaller, a little more closed, like I'm making some kind of gesture. We're going to highlight everything, and if you want, you can erase all the lines that don't work. We're also going to highlight the eyes a little. And once we have all this, we clean it up. Ready?

We start with our sharpened pencil to highlight the ears a little and make them. Hair by hair, what we're going to do now is work with the pencil in the following way. To tilt the pencil when you want to make thicker hair or patches, you're going to put your pencil more at 90 degrees against the sheet to make thinner lines, that's as long as you have it well sharpened. Because when drawing hair, we need to make different types of thicknesses and apart from that, this particular cat has different shades and some other spots on the nose.

We're going to make some spots too, which will make some white space, those will be the spots of the white space. What we're going to add are some spots that will make lines that are like your fingerprint but on the face, there you're going to press the pencil more. You can do all of this with an HB pencil or a school pencil. All I'm using is an HB pencil, a school pencil that's lying around, this one works just as well because we don't need to make a very, very, very contrasting, very dark tone. For that, we're going to use a black pencil. Then, in the part of the eyes, for now, we're going to paint, as you can see in the mouth, press the Pencil, nothing more, but you don't have to change the eyes. What do the eyes say? The eyes. I divided the gray, says half the eye up a little darker and half down so that the eyelid casts a shadow on top and looks a little more natural. I also left it in the pupil.

You can see a little white circle on the right eye, which is a space I left so I wouldn't have to erase it, and it will give it a kind of shine. The mouth, all the experts that will be below his mouth, make the darker ones so around his snout it looks like the hair is white. We're going to paint it anyway. We're going to add stripes, not just in the spaces where he has white hair, it has to have some texture.

On the body, what I did were some reference lines, nothing more. They're not very realistic, as much as the face is to give support to all this and so the face doesn't look floating. I liked adding those little girls below. It's not necessary in this case to do the entire body. The whiskers, make some spots on the whiskers. At least 8 on each side, four up, four down. So, on each side, and from there, draw your little mustache, also with a very sharp pencil. Each mustache, one mustache per stroke. Just like that. With an eraser, you can make some more hairs darker or lighter.

And outline the eyelids, the nostrils, and the little mouth that can be seen a little there in that barely open hole with black pencil. Well, please outline that in black, and the drawing would be finished. I hope you liked it.
