Saludos ladies, hoy mi participación quizá sea algo raro de leer o quizás algunas personas hayan tenido una experiencia similar, me gustaría saber.
Greetings ladies, today my participation may be something strange to read or perhaps some people have had a similar experience, I would like to know.

I don't know what this is but it happened while I was sleeping so it could be a dream or maybe something else.
It happened about 10 years ago or a little more, my family had decided to expand the house at that time, adding two more rooms that became the kitchen area and my bedroom, at that time I already had a room just for myself but I have three brothers and two of them shared a room.

No sé que sea esto pero sucedió mientras estaba durmiendo, así que podría ser un sueño o tal vez algo más.
Sucedió hace como 10 años atrás o un poco más, mi familia había decidido ampliar la casa para ese momento, agregando dos cuartos más que se convirtieron en el área de la cocina y mi habitación, en ese entonces ya yo tenía una habitación solamente para mí pero yo tengo tres hermanos y dos de ellos compartían habitación.

When everything was built they left this last room for me, they even painted it pink, a color I was not happy with at the time, because my previous room was blue and I liked it.
The point is that when I started sleeping in this room I always felt strange, something heavy and observed. By the way, I had a cat that always slept with me in that room, my mom always came in to get it out and he looked for ways to get in.
Cuando todo se construyó dejaron esta última habitación para mí, incluso la pintaron de rosa, un color con el cual no estaba contenta en ese momento, pues mi anterior habitación era azul y me gustaba.
El punto es que cuando empecé a dormir en esta habitación siempre me sentía extraña, algo pesada y observada. Por cierto tenía un gato que siempre dormía conmigo en ese cuarto, mi mamá siempre entraba a sacarlo y el buscaba formas de entrar.

One day I go to sleep as usual, after having done my university homework on the computer, there comes a time when I start to feel very light and out of control of myself, this makes me feel frustrated in some way, I was thinking that I was awake in my room but I wasn't.
Un día me voy a dormir como de costumbre, después de haber hecho mi tarea de la Universidad en la computadora, llega un momento donde me empiezo a sentir muy liviana y sin control de mi misma, esto me hace sentir frustrada de alguna manera, yo estaba pensando que estaba en mi habitación despierta pero no fue así.

It's like I suddenly enter reality and at that moment I start to float and I was desperate, I felt like a helium air balloon when you let go of your hand and it just goes slowly. And when I try to look around I noticed that I am in my room and that scared me so much, and I said to myself "look at all the details of the room just to check" and when suddenly I see myself asleep, I look at my position, the position of the sheets, the pillow, the computer chair, the clothes that were on top of that chair, I was memorizing everything because I wanted to remember it and I told myself "memorize it to remember it when you wake up"
Es como que de pronto entro en la realidad y en ese instante empiezo a flotar y yo estaba desesperada, me sentía como un globo de aire de helio cuando lo sueltas de tu mano y solamente se va lentamente. Y cuando trato de mirar alrededor notó que estoy en mi habitación y eso me asustó muchísimo, y me dije a mi misma "mira todos los detalles de la habitación solo para comprobar" y cuando de pronto me veo a mi misma dormida, miro mi posición, la posición de las sábanas, la almohada, la silla de la computadora, la ropa que estaba encima de esa silla, todo lo estaba memorizando porque quería recordarlo y me decía a mi misma "memorizalo para recordarlo al despertar"

I kept floating until I got to the ceiling and it started to scare me. When I touched the ceiling I felt a great despair because I felt as if something was sucking me, like a vacuum cleaner and inside of me I knew that I was going to go somewhere else. and I started to tell myself that I had to wake up now, and I started to say "wake up, wake up, wake up" and it's as if in a second I had a sleep paralysis and my voice yelled at me from consciousness "open your eyes, I know that you can and recline". I immediately did that, like it was a computer command you just hit enter and it ran.
Seguía flotando hasta que llegué al techo y me empezó a dar mucho miedo, cuando toqué el techo sentí una desesperación muy grande porque sentía como que algo me estaba succionando, como una aspiradora y yo dentro de mi sabía que me iba a ir a otro lado y empecé a decirme a mi misma que debía despertar ya, y empecé a decir "despierta, despierta, despierta" y es como si en un segundo me hubiera dado una parálisis del sueño y mi voz me gritó desde la consciencia abre los ojos, sé que tú puedes y reclinate. Inmediatamente hice eso, como si fuera un comando de computadora que acabas de presionar enter y se ejecutó.

When I woke up I remembered that I had to look at all the details of the room and of me, immediately when looking at the details I remembered that I myself was watching myself and I felt so strange because everything was exactly the same as I had seen it in my supposed dream, where do I think that I left my own body.
Al despertar recordé que debía mirar todos los detalles de la habitación y de mi, inmediatamente al mirar los detalles recordé que yo misma me estaba observando y me sentí tan extraña porque todo estaba exactamente igual a como lo había visto en mi supuesto sueño, dónde pienso que me salí de mi propio cuerpo.
That's scary which I can only see in movies.... I also have a dream that happens many years ago but still intact in my mind.. For some reason, I can't forget about it.. .the same person appears in my dream many years later..
It's an ordinary person..but a scary one. A white lady and I was on the same position as many years ago when my dream happened.. It's terrifying..

Yeah, I know it is scary!!! Sometimes we don't know what to think
Omg! I had a goosebumps w(°ｏ°)w. That's scary as hell, that's one of the dream I don't want to dream, that's why I am thankful that I often forget when I dream. Coz if ever, I'll be scared to death.

What a scary dream, it feels real. I don't like having this kind of dream and the last time I dream of something like this I stop sleeping alone because I got scared easily
That happened to me but with other dreams, I was sleeping with my mom
I just can't imagine me sleeping alone after that scary dream
Que genial y terrorífico sueño algunos dirán que tuviste una experiencia autoscopica, los psicólogos que fue una alucinación hipnopompicas (que se tienen del sueño a la vigilia) y los místicos que fue un viaje astral, pero en fin sea lo que sea es una experiencia que pocos han tenido, gracias por compartir ese sueño

It has happened to me and I chose to pray before going to sleep and I did as my sister told me "never let fear dominate you, because those spirits feed on your fear" and to this day it has never happened to me. That if friend that according to my beliefs. Blessings 🙌🙏✨️🤗
