If you could watch on Netflix the dilemma of social networks, a documentary of former workers of different social networks, you can realize that, it is designed precisely to spend all day glued to a mobile or tablet with internet, and Google applications.

What you can do in that case is, try to have schedules of use ... older people, ie older people, sixty or more, are not easily managed or controlled by cell phones, or social networks, but we younger, yes we fall prey to that situation and isolate ourselves from the real world.....
