Hello fellow beer drinkers, we live in a world where people are more connected to the internet than they everday reality. Although some friends prefer physical communication, whenever we meet up for a few beers, there are those who don't let go of their cell phones. The conversation gets a little awkward, but it goes on, because the bond called friendship goes beyond beers or smartphones.
On a trip to João Pessoa, a friend invited us to drink a few beers and visit a bar called CONNECTION BAR. I won't lie, I imagined an area full of devices where people would interact with the help of a specific social network. Surprisingly, it's completely the opposite. Upon entering the place, your cell phone is confiscated and kept in a sealed plastic bag with a number that is given to the owner at the entrance.
In short, it's a wonderful place, it takes you back to your youth, a time when conversation was a pleasure, there was no device to divide your attention. The variety of beers at the place is small, only the traditional ones from the market, there are only seats for about 15 people, at most. From what I understand, it opened recently and doesn't have craft beers yet. The waiter said that the place isn't frequented by the current generation, the target audience is the old guard, in short, I loved it. If you want to visit, the place is in João Pessoa, on the street in front of kiosks 12 and 13 on Cabo Branco beach.
I think the biggest problem is not being able to take photos there, after a while, the desire consumes you, which shows how addicted I am, I need to go to more places like this. Due to the lack of variety, we chose to drink the green version of IMPÉRIO Lager. It's a beer with an alcohol content of 4.5%, better than the gold version. Your liquid has bright golden color, which is very attractive by the way. Its foam is about two fingers high with a medium duration and flavor with notes of cereals, you can barely taste the bitterness, relatively smooth. The finish is dry, but refreshing. Its delicious flavor accompanies the aroma. It is not among the best, but for a specific moment, it ends up being the best choice.
NOTE: I had to buy one and take it home to have some photos to post for you. The harm of not being able to use your cell phone in environment.

Olá amigos bebedores de cerveja, vivemos em um mundo onde as pessoas estão mais conectadas à internet do que à realidade cotidiana. Embora alguns amigos prefiram a comunicação física, sempre que nos encontramos para tomar umas cervejas, há aqueles que não largam o celular. A conversa fica um pouco estranha, mas continua, porque o vínculo chamado amizade vai além de cervejas ou smartphones.
Em uma viagem a João Pessoa, um amigo nos convidou para tomar umas cervejas e conhecer um bar chamado CONNECTION BAR. Não vou mentir, imaginei um ambiente cheio de dispositivos onde as pessoas interagissem com a ajuda de uma rede social específica. Surpreendentemente, é completamente o oposto. Ao entrar no local, seu celular é confiscado e guardado em um saco plástico lacrado com um número que é dado ao dono na entrada.
Resumindo, é um lugar maravilhoso, que te remete à juventude, uma época em que conversar era um prazer, não havia nenhum dispositivo para dividir sua atenção. A variedade de cervejas do local é pequena, só as tradicionais do mercado, só tem lugar para umas 15 pessoas, no máximo. Pelo que entendi, abriu recentemente e ainda não tem cervejas artesanais. O garçom disse que o local não é frequentado pela geração atual, o público alvo é a velha guarda, enfim, eu adorei. Se quiser visitar, o local fica em João Pessoa, na rua em frente aos quiosques 12 e 13 da praia do Cabo Branco.
Acho que o maior problema é não poder tirar fotos lá, depois de um tempo a vontade te consome, o que mostra o quanto sou viciado, preciso ir a mais lugares assim. Pela falta de variedade, optamos por beber a versão verde da IMPÉRIO Lager. É uma cerveja com teor alcoólico de 4,5%, melhor que a versão dourada. Seu líquido tem coloração dourada brilhante, o que é bem atraente por sinal. Sua espuma tem cerca de dois dedos de altura com duração média e sabor com notas de cereais, mal dá para sentir o amargor, relativamente suave. O final é seco, mas refrescante. Seu sabor delicioso acompanha o aroma. Não está entre as melhores, mas para um momento específico, acaba sendo a melhor escolha.
OBS: Tive que comprar uma e levar para casa para ter umas fotos para postar para vocês. O mal de não poder usar o celular no ambiente.

Omg while reading you I was so worried about the pictures on site hahahaha I could perfectly stop using the phone to do the rest, but no pictures. I could had a hard time inside there hahaha. Would they do the same with cameras o Lu? Mmmm
Great idea taking a cab home, I mean it’s a great adventure to talk about, just needed a few pictures and you managed to get it!!!
The place is cool, not using your cell phone is a problem for many people. I'm sure I'm addicted, dying to get my cell phone out and take some photos. I managed to survive!

I mean, it’s a great idea for a different place to just have fun hanging out, but not for us Hivians hahaha though it’s nice to disconnect for a while. Would you go back soon?
I travel to João Pessoa often, when I have the chance I will go there again. On my next visit I will talk to the owner, take some photos and promote the place, it would be nice to promote his business to other interested parties.
It really isn’t a place that suits HIVE, the photos make all the difference.
