In Disguise | "Talent Tuesdays" in FreeCompliments Community
Hello everyone. I'm here again to share with you another project for "Talent Tuesdays".
FREE COMPLIMENTS COMMUNITY - TALENT TUESDAYS
What's "Talent Tuesdays"? As explained previously, the FreeCompliments Community tells us it's one of their new themed days in the Community that provides a chance to post any of your talents: drawing, singing, sewing, writing (stories, poetry), or anything else that you do! My current project is titled "In Disguise". My theme consists of a mixed media art design that depicts a strange being attempting to disguise herself. With the colors contained in my project, it could easily be a Halloween theme.
In designing my mixed media art project, I utilized a filtering program called Deep Dream Generator to produce my primary image of an alien. I envisioned creating a aura of mystique surrounding the alien figure with the additional images I included, such as my pure fractals I created with Apophysis 7X, the advanced fractal rendering software.

Blending elements is accomplished with the use of Canva, my design program. Below are my steps in which I added layers of elements, removing backgrounds, resizing, and repositioning items as needed. Below is my process in pictures.

It looks complicated. I also use Deep Dream Text2Dream, but am mostly on Nightcafe where I chat with fellow members in this room: https://nightcafe.art/?join=eoIbk&ru=TheMystic - I got a pro account on Nightcafe. There are some good models one can use, and quite a few members (myself included) keep their prompts open, so we sort of improve on each other by evolving or duplicating. That is really cool! With your template is it still hard to add the elements the way you want them? I've never worked with Canva much. One of those things I keep meaning to get around to but never remember to do it....

Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate it. I like working with Canva in the Pro version. Given a blank canvas, you're only limited by your imagination. That's why I try to gather as many images as I can locate when I have a theme in mind to see which ones work well together. It's trial and error that seems effortless sometimes when viewing the final result.

I need to learn how to use these tools, I know it shouldn't be difficult, but sometimes time doesn't allow me to do it.
I really liked that design, you should be able to transform it into a NFT.
I'm pleased you liked my mixed media art project. I have minted some of my designs on NFTShowroom. Blending the various elements to create a project is not too difficult. It all depends on the theme you're trying to portray. And it can take quite a while finding the right mixture of images.
