Absolutely understand. I also store away my instructions manuals in the drawer. Once the drawer eats them, I turn to YouTube. Always someone there with my problem waiting for me. I take my laptop to the issue at hand and go step-by-step.

Why don't manufacturers do this for their customers automatically? They don't even send manuals when the products are delivered. The 1-page sheet instructs you to go online and print out the manual. WTH. It's easier to locate a YouTube instructor.
