The Rescue | LMAC Collage FreeStyle No. 107
I wanted to share with you my Freestyle Collage No. 107. My theme is a daring and risky underwater rescue.
The LMAC Community run by @shaka holds a weekly collage contest for its members. In the Community, you'll discover a variety of themed entries submitted for consideration. If selected for the final round, contest hopefuls anxiously await results indicating their placement that determines the prize awarded. It's a fun contest that any Hive member can participate. If you'd like to join in, just visit the LMAC Community account here and follow the rules of the contest for details on the latest round.
The LMAC Community also offers an opportunity for members to create and post in the Community "freestyle" collage themes. In the freestyle option, more freedom is allowed to design your creations without having to incorporate the weekly contest photo. However, contest rules still apply.
Please visit the Community page for any questions on how to successfully publish in the LMAC Community.
"If you go, I won't waste my time chasing after you. Foolish is what you're doing. Greed is what you seek. No good can come from them." Nadine pursed her lips and stared at Vernon sensing her words floated by his ears filtering out concern for his safety while registering a hint of jealousy.
Nadine knew that part of the region Vernon had yet to explore.
"Holding me back professionally won't help us move forward personally." With that, Vernon set out to explore a previously untapped area just off the coast near Devil's Triangle.
Although upset with Vernon, Nadine tracked his movements.
The last signal received from the area three days prior alarmed Nadine. She set out on a course to find out what happened.
Her worst fears were realized the moment she set foot of the Bermuda coast.
In preparing my theme, I utilized LMAC's Round 209 original contest image for the water effect. Other images I included to complete my theme included a female and a mermaid competing for control of a man. I feel the scene turned out nicely with the addition of an abstract image resembling colored streaks of an out of place borealis.

I then utilized Canva to blend the different type images. Below are my steps in which I begin with a blank, white canvas, then added layers of elements, removing backgrounds, duplicating, resizing, and repositioning items as needed incorporating the tools at my disposal in my Annual Pro Membership Subscription.

Symmetry is often an important element in your collages, I notice. As always, it works beautifully.
Hello @agmoore. Yes, I'm an ordered person. Rarely does chaos enters my thoughts, but it happens.
Thanks for your visit and lovely compliment. I appreciate it and your support. Hope your summer is going well and not under sweltering heat as we are. Take care.
Looks like the Bermuda Triangle got another one and they are never heard of again. I like the way your story lets the reader fill in with their own conclusions.
Thanks for including my lil image.
Take good care , my friend.
I'm pleased you found this collage to your liking. I intended to end the story open. Yes, a bad decision leads to entanglement in Bermuda.
