Es curioso encontrar esta pregunta en el concurso de esta semana, porque el fin de semana pasado estuve hablando con mis hijos sobre nuestras próximas vacaciones. Estuvimos conversando sobre varias opciones y todos coincidimos en que nos gustaría volver a vivir la experiencia de pasar unos días en una cabaña en el hermoso pueblo de Caripe, ubicado al Norte del Estado Monagas.
It is curious to find this question in this week's contest, because last weekend I was talking with my children about our next vacation. We were talking about several options and we all agreed that we would like to relive the experience of spending a few days in a cabin in the beautiful town of Caripe, located in the north of the state of Monagas.
A mi me encanta el mar, pero mis hijos prefieren otro tipo de ambientes y la montaña es uno de ellos, por eso Caripe es el lugar perfecto porque a todos nos gusta mucho su clima y sus lindos paisajes. Cuando mis hijos eran unos niños solíamos ir a menudo al pueblo y pasar la noche en una cabaña al pie de las montañas. La experiencia de estar sentados cerca de la chimenea juagando y conversando fue algo muy bonito para todos, por eso nos encantaría actualizar vivencias y crear nuevos recuerdos ahora que ambos son unos jóvenes.
I love the sea, but my children prefer other types of environments and the mountain is one of them, that's why Caripe is the perfect place because we all love its climate and its beautiful landscapes. When my children were kids we often used to go to the village and spend the night in a cabin at the foot of the mountains. The experience of sitting by the fireplace playing and talking was a very nice thing for all of us, so we would love to update experiences and create new memories now that they are both young.

En el pasado visitamos varias cabañas, pero un lugar que nos gustó mucho fue la Hacienda La floresta y es precisamente a donde quisiéramos ir en las vacaciones para pasar al menos un fin de semana.
Este lugar es hermoso por sus paisajes naturales, enormes espacios abiertos con muchos árboles y una bonita piscina.
Ya hace varios años que la visitamos y hemos visto por las redes que han mejorado sus espacios y las actividades que ofrecen a sus visitantes, por lo que esperamos pasar unos días inolvidables.
In the past we visited several cabins, but one place we really liked was Hacienda La Floresta and it is precisely where we would like to go on vacation to spend at least a weekend.
This place is beautiful for its natural landscapes, huge open spaces with lots of trees and a nice pool.
It has been several years since we visited it and we have seen through the networks that they have improved their spaces and the activities they offer to their visitors, so we hope to spend some unforgettable days.
Las vacaciones escolares en mi país comienzan en el mes de agosto, lo cual marca el inicio de la temporada alta en todos los sitios turísticos y vacacionales, esto significa que debemos hacer nuestra reserva con anticipación para no perdernos de este bonito paseo. Aún no descarto ir a la playa, porque es de mis lugares favoritos, pero espero poder ir Santa Fe en el estado Anzoáteguí, ya que era el lugar favorito de mis hijos cuando eran niños, así de esta manera viajar también al pasado y rememorar momentos felices de su infancia.

It sounds like a lovely place! I too, love the mountains and am fortunate to live in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain range in Washington state. Just outside my door, is a world of adventure (when the bugs don't eat you alive, lol!).

I think there's always room to let our children have a say to where the family should go try as a vacation @kattycrochet , they may have a good idea.
