LOH Contest #207 || My favorite place at home
Bendecido día amigas de Hive, me complace estar nuevamente redactando mi entrada para el concurso semanal de la comunidad. En esta ocasión elegí responder a la pregunta número 2, referente a nuestro lugar favorito de la casa.
Para responder a esta pregunta, no tuve que pensar mucho porque sin duda alguna, mi lugar favorito de toda la casa es mi estudio, mi habitación para trabajar y crear contenido.
Blessed day friends of Hive, I am pleased to be once again writing my entry for the weekly community contest. This time I chose to answer question number 2, regarding our favorite place in the house.
To answer this question, I didn't have to think much because without a doubt, my favorite place in the whole house is my studio, my room to work and create content.
Mi cuarto de estudio es una habitación pequeña que construimos con el objetivo principal de que mis hijos y yo pudiéramos tener un sitio para hacer las tareas y estuvieran todos los libros y objetos educativos en un solo lugar. Por mucho tiempo esta habitación cumplió con esa función, pero ahora que mis hijos están grandes, este sitio se convirtió en m lugar de trabajo y es mi habitación favorita.
My study room is a small room that we built with the main purpose that my children and I could have a place to do homework and have all the books and educational objects in one place. For a long time this room served that function, but now that my kids are older, this place has become my work space and is my favorite room.
Este lugar aún tiene una decoración infantil en las paredes, la verdad es que no he querido remodelarla porque me siento a gusto así como está. De hecho, este lugar esta lleno de muñecos y adornos tejidos que se van sumando cada vez que hago un nuevo proyecto a crochet. Son muchas las actividades que realizo en este lugar, por ende paso la mayor parte de mi día en estas 4 paredes, por lo que no quiero un lugar tan sobrio y sin color.
This place still has a childish decoration on the walls, the truth is that I have not wanted to remodel it because I feel comfortable as it is. In fact, this place is full of knitted dolls and ornaments that are added every time I make a new crochet project. There are many activities that I do in this place, so I spend most of my day in these 4 walls, so I don't want a place so sober and without color.
Mi estudio es bastante pequeño para la cantidad de cosas que aquí tengo, no obstante el espacio es suficiente para que yo pueda trabajar en la computadora bien sea en mis clases en línea, en la creación de contenido y en mi trabajo administrativo. Pero también tengo espacio para guardar mis materiales de tejido y de manualidades.
Este es mi rincón creativo y aunque luzca un poco desordenado por la cantidad de cosas que allí se encuentran, la verdad es que me gusta pasar parte de mi día trabajando en este lugar.
My studio is quite small for the amount of stuff I have here, however the space is enough for me to work on the computer either in my online classes, content creation and administrative work. But I also have space to store my knitting and craft supplies.
This is my creative corner and although it looks a bit messy because of the amount of things that are there, the truth is that I like to spend part of my day working in this place.
Todas las demás habitaciones de la casa son compartidas con mi familia, pero este cuarto de estudio se ha convertido en mi lugar, con mi esencia, con mis normas y con todo lo que me gusta en un solo lugar. Quizá más adelante me anime a darle un giro a la decoración y organización de este espacio, pero por ahora seguirá siendo este rincón colorido y lleno de muchos libros y manualidades.

All the other rooms in the house are shared with my family, but this study room has become my place, with my essence, my rules and everything I like in one place. Maybe later I will be encouraged to give a twist to the decoration and organization of this space, but for now it will remain this colorful corner filled with many books and crafts.

Yes . I too think my place is the work place in my house. But I was also thinking of the bed. 😂😂🤣🤣 I also love the bed. I was thinking is it my 1st choice or my 2nd favorite?! 😂 I love to relax and cool that's why I love my bed so much. Too base I have to share it with my pet dog. He loves to sleep where my hubby and I sleep, though we bought for him his own bed space. He is a sweet dog.
Your so lucky you can crochet. I want to learn that. Maybe when I get home and retire.
Oh yes, my second favorite place is also my bedroom, so I can understand you.

Yes, it holds the memories when my children were in the school, that's why I don't want to change the decoracion of the room.
