A Sunday to Remember: HiveFest + EPL Galore.

This weekend as a whole, especially this Sunday, has been punctuated with a whole lot of activities and it has been a wholesome day from start to finish. Wow! There is so much to talk about and the best bits about the things I did today is that each of them is relevant towards getting me set for the beginning of a fresh week.

I will quickly give you a rundown of those activities;

HiveFest Galore

Anyone who is on Hive and has been fairly attentive to the buzz on the Blockchain will surely know that HiveFest is hitting hard in Rosarito. A lot is happening there and so many discussions are hitting hard at each level of interaction in the event.

Well, someone said "we all can't be physically there" and that's true. However, we can make up for that by following the discussion through the Internet. Haha. Leothreads has especially been very useful for this and I've become a very active user of Leofinance's frontend since two weeks ago. It's a real game changer and this HiveFest has turned out to be an opportunity for Leofinance to show us what they are capable of doing.

I've been following the HiveFest discussion through Leothread's threadcast feature and I've also watched the live streams of several presentations from the HiveFest ground.

Elon's X Space also came in handy and each of these played an undeniable role in making it easier for those that are interested to stay up-to-date with HiveFest.

The things I've learned so far because of HiveFest has been mind-blowing. It was also an opportunity to get insight on several projects and what they are working on. The Neo Talks Web3 stream also did good job with the interviews.

Football Talks

This weekend in the English Premier League gave us a lot of intense fixtures to watch and enjoy. To be fair, EPL fixtures are always a delight to enjoy and I know I can be sentimental about this since I support a football club which plays in the English Premier League. Haha.

So, the games that kept me glued to my screen this Sunday are;

Arsenal 2 - 2 Tottenham
Chelsea 0 - 1 Aston Villa
Liverpool 3 - 1 West Ham

I didn't even keep my eyes on the Newcastle fixture because I was enjoying HiveFest. However, it was a delight to see the scoreline. Wow! They dragged Sheffield through the mud with that 8 - 0 trashing.

From the results we got today, it seems like Chelsea fans will still be the target of banters this gameweek. It makes you ask important questions about what the club hopes to achieve this year. Haha.

The biggest game of the week is the North London derby between Arsenal and Tottenham. It was an intense game with lots of talks before the game. The game itself lived up to the hype and I think Tottenham will be happy with the draw from the game. As for Arsenal, they may not be very excited about the result.

It's already the beginning of a new week and I just want to publish this post and dive into my bed. The weekend has been eventful and entertaining. This new week has to be one filled with goal-setting and lots of achievement.
