And that is why Fear is our greatest weakness. It keeps us from moving forward and growing. The mental barriers are often those we put there ourselves and we should not be around those who are just as much prisoners in their own prison.
I find fear can be fought with knowing and identifying the root of my fear, reasoning, logic and of course faith.
