Nadeem and Siraj are two close friends who are partners in a small business which they had established together. By the time Nadeem started delivering speeches about hard work and dedication for the employees, the former merely used to urge them saying, ‘what you are doing is not enough, practice what you preach,’ while he used to leave early and take long intervals. On the other hand, Siraj studied while the rest of them procrastinated and left many jobs undone, which they hurried to complete after the others had left.

There was a time a very important project was due but alas there was no sign of this employee, Nadeem. All beaded up, Siraj could not bring himself to rest even a little and thus worked through the entire night to finish up the job. While the client was praising the effort Nadeem was rejoicing in the glory up until Siraj came and humbly repeated his slogan. Finally, Nadeem was embarrassed into realising that he indeed had to become a different man, and from then on, he actually began ‘doing’ what he wanted other people to do.
