A BETTER PLACE
Is there any place in this world that can be called better? Can we (humans) really change the narrative of the world system? History has a long list of people who wanted to make the world a better place but ended up ruining it for one reason or the other. This makes me question whether or not it is possible to truly make the world a better place because everything and everyone that had tried to make one aspect of the world better, ended up destroying another aspect of the world. For example, globalization was introduced into the world system bringing about different technologies to make living easier, only to cause a major climate change, destroying the earth's ozone layer.

I can go on and on about trials and errors that were made in the process of making the world better, but it won't make much difference to the point I hope to drive in this post, so I will let it slide. If it were up to me, understanding what a better place means is vital before one would choose to say they want to make the world a better place. Who is it benefiting? Definitely not everyone, even if a million dollars should be shared with every single person among the 8 billion world population, a majority would be greatly affected by the decision. I think the word “better” should be clearly defined for who it is associated with. The world is spoiled and corrupted in a lot of ways, this means that making it a better place would take a lot of effort from billions of people.
For a start, I will say Let everyone do good as they deem. I say this because doing good in itself will Bring a lot of clarity but also imbalance to the area I am trying to improve in the world. This imbalance would have of negative effect on some people, and of positive effect on others. For example, a person might think reporting a crime is doing justice which is good, another might feel because of some circumstances justice is too much of a punishment to bear and for that might decide to save a life. Both had done good in their sight and might be justified by those who care to listen. So you see, this example shows that the world itself has been made to look as though it is broken, but in the real sense, it's bringing a balance.

TO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE THEREFORE…
At this point, I think if it were possible to divide the world itself into sections and let people with mutual interests live in their mutual state. My suggestion itself isn't perfect, because people might agree on a particular area, and still disagree on another area. Therefore, what the world needs is not fixing or healing, it needs coexistence. If humans can learn to coexist and live together without any form of indifference, then the world will definitely be a better place. But how can we convince the over 8 billion world population to coexist? Here I will propose that since we can't teach everyone coexistence, let's teach the coming generation. If we can find a way to make a suitable environment for every child in the world and teach them what some might never learn if they are left alone, I think we would have been fixing tomorrow without realizing it.
