LET'S GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD

It's been 100 weeks of consistency here in the Hive Learners community, and I must admit even though I did not start with Hive Learners, I am where I am today because of this community. Moving forward the community has done a lot of activities during these 100 weeks, activities that have been carefully thought of to make the community a place worth learning and benefiting from. However, it's only human that we can't get it right all the time therefore the need to always improve, adjust, and readjust along the way to greatness. So without further ado, I will be putting up some suggestions I think would make this community better in the coming weeks.

CURATIONS

I highlighted this in one of my comments, but would love to expanciate about it here. Lazy Panda being the official curation account for the hive learners community is very well known. However, I fear that in the coming weeks, the community will grow larger and the voting manner will prevent some post entries from receiving curations. It is in this light I would suggest having a second curation account. Both accounts need not be the same value, one can be general, and the other as a form of a better reward system. I know curators take time to read the entries and vote on the best, so why not give ordinary entries the ordinary curations, and give the best entries special curations as it would preserve the voting manner from running out easily? (I think so at least)

HIVE LEARNING PROCESS

Hive Learners are not newbie learners I suppose, meaning everyone should be learning and not just newbies alone. There is a lot to learn about hive and other dapps on the Blockchain (both simple and complex) a lot of hivers do not know about. Just like the newbie initiative that has been going on well, the hive learners community can go further into searching for more advanced things users can learn from at an intermediate or professional level. This would help more people find where they fit on the Blockchain and not remain learners forever making the community more like the school of the Blockchain. It might involve working with other communities too just so we all can have a thriving ecosystem. And I think the past Zealy campaign is proof that hive strives better when communities collaborate on projects.

ADDING MORE TO BLOGGING

I love the topics and all that hive learners bring to the table, but then looking at it from another perspective, I think the community will do better if we put in more practicality to the things we put on the blog. The newbies initiative put me on my toes regularly, the hive learners community can try the same and help hivers grow. Let us do research, and make us do the work of studying materials that will help us become real bloggers worthy of every penny we get. Imagine we are doing research on climate change for example with an area of specification and materials to follow suit, at the end of the day, those who knew nothing about climate change would have known something, put in valuable content on their blog, and when anyone enters the community to engage, they would have learned a lot about climate change. These are little suggestions I think would make this community thrive in the coming weeks.

So you mean adding some research work? I don't think if a single person will do that all, forming groups will be necessary then.

Maybe, but it will help people grow. And people will do it if the reward is right.

I've seen what people had to do during zealy campaign it was never easy, but as long as it's worth it, they will follow

Hmmm

Now this seems good. But people are always attracted towards rewards. Haha
