Hello hello beautiful women of this community ✨💕, today we come with a particular topic 🤣, anxiety and depression in women and how to cope with the burden of the demands of everyday life, really this week's question that is focused on this topic seems to me the most interesting and entertaining to answer, especially because it comes as a ring to my finger just in these days that anxiety is fluttering in my head, and I have had to implement certain habits or elements in my life that allow me to deal with it, however if you want to know more about this week's questions, here I leave you the original post with the questions proposed by @joanstewart.
Overthinking I think it is something characteristic of a good part of the female population, and I find myself in that group 🤣, before the wave of anxiety that lately overwhelms me, what I have resorted to is an old habit: reading 📚, since I was about 15 years old I discovered that an excellent way to silence my anguish for at least a while, was through the stories that were told in books, especially in those that are easy and short to read, that do not require excessive use of my little imagination, but that are entertaining enough to make me disconnect from the stress that I may be living, and this has been a method that I have returned to practice. However, silencing anxiety for a while is not enough, because it will inevitably return, so for some time now I have been incorporating some meditation, or rather relaxation, I have found that before going to sleep I like to listen to some Asmr to help me fall asleep, after all sleep is one of the foundations of mental and physical wellbeing.
In addition to this, and because at the beginning of the year I was terribly sick thanks to anemia, since a couple of weeks ago I have implemented morning walks with my dog Apolo, although I am also doing it for him and his beautiful fat 🤣, I have also started it because after the iron treatment I had been left with problems in my circulation, and I can affirm that it was an excellent idea, because morning walks are also an ideal tool for anxiety, the fresh air allows better oxygenation and this helps to clear our minds. We live in a society where women are exposed to a lot of pressure and under many demands, from different areas of our lives, and it is easy to fall into physical and mental exhaustion, taking some time to rest or simply breathe deeply, can be the most comforting way to deal with the demands of everyday life 💕.

Buenas buenas hermosas mujeres de ésta comunidad ✨, hoy venimos con un tema particular 🤣, la ansiedad y la depresión en las mujeres y la forma de sobrellevar la carga de las exigencias del día a día, de verdad que la pregunta de ésta semana que se encuentra enfocada en éste tema me parece de lo más interesante y entretenida de responder, sobre todo porque me viene como anillo al dedo justamente en estos días que la ansiedad anda revoloteando en mi cabeza, y me ha tocado implementar ciertos hábitos o elementos en mi vida que me permitan lidiar con la misma, sin embargo si quieren saber más acerca de las preguntas de ésta semana, aquí les dejo el post original con las preguntas propuestas por @joanstewart.
Sobrepensar creo que es algo característico de una buena parte de la población femenina, y justamente en ese grupo me encuentro yo 🤣, ante la oleada de ansiedad que últimamente me abruma a lo que he recurrido es a un viejo hábito: el de la lectura 📚, desde que tenía aproximadamente 15 años descubrí que una excelente forma de callar mi angustia por al menos un rato, era a través de las historias que se relataban en los libros, sobre todo en aquellos que son fáciles y cortos de leer, que no requieren el uso excesivo de mi poca imaginación, pero que son lo suficientemente entretenidos como para hacerme desconectar del estrés que pueda estar viviendo, y justamente éste ha sido un método que he vuelto a practicar. Sin embargo silenciar la ansiedad por un rato no es suficiente, porque inevitablemente regresará, así que hace ya un tiempo he venido incorporando algo de meditación, o más bien relajación, he encontrado que antes de dormir me gusta escuchar algo de Asmr para conciliar mejor el sueño, a fin de cuentas el sueño es una de las bases del bienestar mental y físico.
Además de ésto, y dado a que a inicios de año me ví terriblemente enferma gracias a una anemia, desde hace un par de semanas he implementado las caminatas matutinas con mi perrito Apolo, aunque también lo estoy haciendo por él y su gordura hermosa 🤣, también lo he iniciado porque luego del tratamiento de hierro había quedado con inconvenientes en mi circulación, que se estaban viendo reflejados en hinchazón de los dedos de mi mano, y puedo afirmar que fue una excelente idea, porque además la caminatas matutinas son una herramienta ideal para la ansiedad, el aire fresco permite una mejor oxigenación y esto contribuye a despejar nuestra mente. Vivimos en una sociedad donde las mujeres estamos expuestas a mucha presión y bajo muchas exigencias, desde diferentes áreas de nuestra vida, y es fácil caer en el agotamiento físico y mental, tomar un tiempo para descansar o simplemente respirar profundamente, puede ser la forma más reconfortante para lidiar con las exigencias del día a día 💕.

Morning or late afternoon walks are a wonderful way to either prepare you for the day ahead or mentally assess the day done. Having dual affect giving dog exercise and yourself, they come to expect that walk and will eventually remind you to keep it up!

It really helps me to clear my head, it also gives me more clarity to organise my day, and it ends up regulating my sleep as well, which is another of the many benefits of this decision ✨.
Walking to nature and especially with pets is the best option to reduce stress and anxiety. But make sure you have to reduce the social media time 😊

Saludos por aquí me gustan tus consejos, casi todos son aplicable para algunas de nosotras. Claro sí se tiene perro. Yo tengo dos y tienes razón, eso ayuda mucho a calmar la ansiedad y la "pensadera" jajaja ellos felices y uno también. Algunos videos de relajación me gustan, aunque a veces prefiero el silencio.
