Not everyone is built for the gym, I'm sure I'm not.... me? Gym? No π
And drinking water is also something I rarely do, I also can go a day just drinking 1 or 2 cups of water and there's my mom always shouting at me to drink more water but I still do what I want π₯²
Our body needs rest naturally and everyone wants an healthy body, so yes... I'm going to try putting your tips to practice. God help me πππ©
