TO THE 148th EDITION of the
LADIES OF HIVE COMMUNITY CONTEST

This is a contest from our community to you, women empowering each other both on the blockchain and in Discord! A place we love and where Hive is alive. If you haven't joined our discord yet, an invite can be found by clicking on the first banner under this post!

¡Este es un concurso de nuestra comunidad para ustedes, mujeres que se empoderan unas a otras tanto en blockchain como en Discord! Un lugar que amamos y donde Hive está presente. Si aún no se ha unido a nuestra discordia, puede encontrar una invitación haciendo clic en el primer aviso publicitario debajo de esta publicación.

We will award 3 HIVE, 300 Ecency Points, 15 LEO tokens, and 4 QUEERH tokens to the best entry. The Second Place winner will receive 2 HIVE, 150 Ecency Points, 7 LEO tokens, and 3 QUEERH tokens each. Third Place Winners will be granted one HIVE, 50 Ecency Points, a split of the remaining LEO tokens, and 2 QUEERH tokens each.

Otorgaremos 3 HIVE, 300 Ecency Points, 15 tokens LEO, y 4 tokens QUEERH a la mejor entrada. Hasta tres ganadores del Segundo Lugar recibirán 2 HIVE, 150 Puntos Ecency, 7 tokens LEO, y 3 tokens QUEERH cada uno. Ganadores del tercer lugar recibirán una HIVE, 50 puntos Ecency, una división de los tokens LEO restantes, y 2 tokens QUEERH.

An additonal 100 Ecency Points will also be graciously sent to all the winners by witness and developer @sagarkothari88!

As a parent, do you agree with this, or will you allow your kids to shoulder burdens that are not supposed to be theirs? As a child, is it necessary for you to pay back your parents' laborious efforts even though it means you have to sacrifice your freedom?

2️⃣ If you are one of the breadwinners or financial providers in your family, how do you balance your work and life so your well-being won't be compromised? Tell us how you enjoy your life, your hobbies, or the source of entertainment you do, not to be consumed by stress. (non-breadwinners can join too)

Make sure you read over the rules again, and bear in mind the importance of sourcing your images or quotes, and may the greatest imagination win!

Seven suggestions (reminders) to consider:

Guard your password and keys carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
Use your active key only for wallet transactions, Keychain, Peaklock, and Hivesigner
The Master Password and the Owner key are only used to reset compromised passwords,
DO NOT lose your passwords; copy and store offline,
Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
Do Not open any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

I'm a parent of a teenage girl and she is loud, messy, expensive, opinionated.

Lucky she's also a bird.

I inherited her when my mum died, so my story is all back to front...🤣

Como padre, ¿está de acuerdo con esto o permitirá que sus hijos carguen con cargas que se supone que no son suyas? Primero que nada agradezco la oportunidad de poder participar en iniciativas como estas que me dan la posibilidad de explicar mis vivencias, desde la óptica de las experiencias vividas y por todo lo que ha representado el equilibrio y la educación en mi vida.
Son dos temas importantísimos, pero, considero que la educación juega un papel primordial en ambos temas. Por lo demás, sigo agradeciendo la oportunidad de poder participar en la comunidad y seguir aprendiendo cada día con sus consejos y enseñanzas. Bendiciones.

First of all, I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in initiatives such as these that give me the opportunity to explain my experiences, from the point of view of the experiences I have lived and for everything that balance and education have represented in my life.
These are two very important topics, but I believe that education plays a fundamental role in both of them. Otherwise, I continue to be grateful for the opportunity to participate in the community and to continue learning every day with your advice and teachings. Blessings.
