Premium Chicken Wings in Air Fryer- Tutorial | Alitas de Pollo Premium en Freidora de Aire
Being able to enjoy a weekend with the smell of sunshine, warm breeze, vacations and even rain while eating crispy, golden brown chicken wings, made at home with the help of our airfryer, is priceless; and I continue with this series of basic preparations and I have found the perfect texture and cooking and obviously, I can't stop sharing.

Poder disfrutar de un fin de semana con olor a sol, brisa cálida, vacaciones y hasta lluvia comiendo alitas de pollo bien doraditas y crujientes, realizadas en casa con ayuda de nuestro airfryer, no tiene precio; y es que sigo con ésta serie de preparaciones básicas y me he encontrado con la textura y cocción perfectas y obviamente, no puedo dejar de compartir.
Acompáñame a realizar esta receta y si estás empezando, ¡estoy segura que te encantará!

Ingredients and steps to follow:
The ingredients, are very simple: chicken wings, the amount you want, this time I placed in a well ordered way 2 Lbs of wings in my 3.2 Liter air fryer.
The wings must be seasoned with whatever you like, in my pantry I have a whole preparation of marinated salt, garlic and onion powder, paprika, ajinomoto (to give the touch of the fifth flavor: "umami"), turmeric, ginger; I mix all this generously to the wings, also, I add approximately 10cc of water per kilo, so that the protein stays hydrated as much as possible.
Leave everything to marinate overnight, but if you don't have time, add a touch of soy sauce and garlic to all the previous preparation and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Place a piece of aluminum foil in the bottom of your air fryer, cut the foil so that it covers the base of the container,

Los ingredientes, son muy sencillos: alitas de pollo, la cantidad que desees, en ésta ocasión coloqué de manera bien ordenada un kilo (1 Kg) de alitas en mi freidora de aire de 3.2 Litros.
Las alitas deben estar sazonadas con lo que más te guste, en mi despensa tengo un preparado integral de sal adobada, ajo y cebolla en polvo, paprika, ajinomoto (para dar el toque del quinto sabor: "umami"), cúrcuma, jengibre; todo esto lo mezclo de manera generosa a las alitas, asimismo, le coloco aproximadamente 10cc de agua por kilo, para que la proteína se mantenga hidratada lo más que se pueda.
Dejas macerando todo de un día para otro, pero si no tienes tiempo, agrega un toque de salsa de soya y ajo a toda la preparación anterior y dejas macerar mínimo 20 minutos.
Coloca en tu freidora de aire un papel aluminio en el fondo, corta el papel de tal manera que cubra la base del recipiente y un
The aluminum foil should be tightly fitted on the bottom to allow the hot air to flow and the water to evaporate without affecting the resistance of the heat generating system.
Arrange your wings in the cooking basket, covering everything so that when the water heats up, it rises to the food and keeps it hydrated as long as possible, facilitating internal cooking (applies to lean proteins).
El papel aluminio debe quedar bien ajustado en el fondo, para que permita el flujo del aire caliente y el agua se vaya evaporando sin afectar la resistencia del sistema generador de calor.
Ordena tus alitas en la cesta de cocción, cubriendo todo para que cuando se caliente el agua, suba al alimento y lo mantenga hidratado el mayor tiempo posible facilitando la cocción interna (aplica para proteínas magras).
The first baking is carried out for 25 minutes at 180ºC, and it looks as shown in the reference photos.
La primera cocción se realiza por 25 minutos a 180ºC, quedando de la manera que se muestran en las fotos de referencia.
Remove the chicken wings from the basket and place them evenly back in the basket, on the side that is still raw; at this level do not place any liquid, since what we are looking for now is to make it as crispy as possible.
We give it a second turn, but this time for 20 minutes at 200ºC.
Retira de la cesta las alitas de pollo y vuelve a colocarlas de manera uniforme en la cesta, por el lado que aún está crudo; a éste nivel no coloques ningún líquido, ya que lo que buscamos es que ahora quede lo mas crujiente posible.
Le damos una segunda vuelta, pero esta vez por 20 minutos a 200ºC.
We open our basket and only remains to check that everything is well cooked, golden brown and with a characteristic smell.
From here on you can make the contour or contours that you like the most.
Abrimos nuestra cesta y solo resta comprobar que todo esta bien cocido, doradito y con olor característico.
De aquí en adelante puedes realizar el o los contornos que mas te gusten.
And now, what happened to the aluminum foil that we placed on the bottom? Well, I show you how it collected all the grease that our protein gave off; that's why I like to use aluminum foil, as you can contain the grease more efficiently, allowing our air fryer to be cleaned more easily.
It proves that you can enjoy crispy wings, with a little less calories, made in a simple and quick way, without the mess of oil sizzling on the stove.
