Hello friends and members of Olio di Balena community!
Today is Thursday, November 16 and another weekend is coming up and it is also time for me to publish the new weekly theme to participate in the mini contest born from the collaboration between the Olio di Balena community and InLeo.
The Olio di Balena - Inleo mini contest is in its 13th edition and has, as always, a double purpose:
- create a moment of interaction and sharing among the users of Olio di Balena
- raise knowledge of a useful tool created by Inleo for Hive communities: the Community Threads
In fact: - the Inleo UI is a front-end that can be used to interact and post on all Hive communities such as Peakd and Ecency.
- the #inleo tag can be used for posts on any topic but obviously the posts must have a minimum of quality.
Mini Contest Topic
For the thirteenth edition of the Olio di Balena-InLeo contest, I decided to repost the same theme as the twelfth edition because I think this theme is very useful because it could help participants get advice and help.
So also for this week you have to create a thread within the Odb community and answer the question:
What is the Hive feature or Hive tool or Hive application that you would like to use but have been unable to? What have been your difficulties?
Important note: Enter a photo/screenshot pertaining to the contest topic and explain why you had difficulty!
Important note for those who participated in the previous mini-contests: Even if you already answered the question during last weekend, you can participate in this contest as well and answer by pointing out another Hive tool or feature or application that you were unable to use but would like to be able to.
Mini Contest Deadline
Start: November 16, 2023
End: November 19, 2023 - 11:59 p.m.
Mini Contest Rules
Rule 1: You must create a Thread within the Olio di Balena community (= a thread with tag #oliodibalena).
Rule 2: In your thread you must answer the question:
What is the Hive feature or Hive tool or Hive application that you would like to use but have been unable to? What have been your difficulties?
Important note: Enter a photo/screenshot pertaining to the contest topic and explain why you had difficulty!**
Important note for those who participated in the previous mini-contests: Even if you already answered the question during last weekend you can participate in this contest as well and answer by indicating another tool or another feature or another application of Hive for which you had problems or difficulties to use.
Rule 3: In the thread you must include an image of your own or a photo taken from your personal photo archive or a photo/screenshot you took pertaining to the contest topic.
Rule 4: you can choose to write your thread in Italian language or English language or both.
Rule 5: you must be a member of the Olio di Balena community.
Mini Contest DEADLINE: the contest starts today, November 9, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Italian time) on Sunday, November 12, 2023.

How to Create a Thread in Olio di Balena
(Step-by-step guide)
A Thread is a Twitter-style post created and stored on the Hive blockchain through the use of the Inleo User Interface (UI)
A Community Thread is a thread posted within a Hive community and viewable within the Communities->"Community Name"->Threads section of the Inleo UI.
Olio di Balena community threads can be created and viewed within the Threads section of the page: https://inleo.io/communities/hive-146620
A thread is viewable in the Olio di Balena community if it contains the tag #oliodibalena
Creating a Community Thread is a very simple task and I will show you the steps to follow.
Note: The rebrand of Leofinance to Inleo happened happened relatively recently and I didn't have time to update the guide that keeps the screenshots of Leofinance but the steps given in my guide are the same to follow on Inleo as well.
In the next mini-contest I hope to be able to also update the screenshots in my guide that will show the new interface ;)
Step 1: Login to Inleo.
- Step 1.1: You have to go to https://inleo.io/ and then you have to click on Log in
Step 1.2: On the next screen you have several log in options to choose from including:
LeoAuth: You have to enter your Hive username, your Posting Key and then you have to click on Log in.
Log in with Hive KeyChain: You have to enter your Hive username, then you have to click on Log in and then you have to click on Confirm within the Hive Keychain screen.
Step 2: Enter the Home Page of the Olio di Balena.
- Step 2.1: You need to click on Communities.
- Step 2.2: You must enter "Olio di Balena" or part of the name in the search field.
- Step 2.3: You must click on the box that contains the logo and name of Olio di Balena
- Alternative Step 2: you need to go directly to the link: https://inleo.io/communities/hive-146620
Step 3: Create and post the Mini Contest Participation Thread.
- Step 3.1: Within the Home Page of Olio di Balena you need to click on Threads
- Step 3.2: Then you need to enter the text of your thread in the box that contains the #oliodibalena tag
- Step 3.3: Then you need to click on Thread in the bottom right corner.
Operation completed! Easy right? ;)
Now all you have to do is participate in this nice mini contest ;)
Advice: If the text of your thread exceeds the maximum capacity of a single thread you can also write a threadstorm.
In this case only in the first thread you have to insert:
- the tag oliodibalena
- the tag threadstorm
- the 1/x indication where x is the number of threads your threadstorm contains.
All other threads after the first one you must enter them as comments to your first thread indicating for each thread the number of the tread such as 2/5, 3/5, ... 5/5

In the following image you can see the threadstorm (consisting of 1 thread + 3 comments to my thread) that I created for the Odb-Inleo contest a few weeks ago.
The Participants and the Announcement of the Winners of the Twelfth Edition of the Mini Contest (November 9 - November 12, 2023)
In the mini contest that ended on November 6, there were 5 entries.
In the mini-contest ended Nov. 12 there were more participations: 9 participations.
The record number of participations is still 17 participations occurred in the mini-contest ended on October 22, 2023 but I am happy that the participations increased in the last mini-contest also because the theme I chose is very useful to the participants and also to me because by replying to the participants' threads I also have the opportunity to help them if the difficulty they indicated is a topic/app/tool/functionality I know.
Let's find out together the Olio di Balena threads that the 9 participants posted in the mini contest that started on November 9, 2023 and ended on November 12, 2023.
Participants in the 12th Odb-Inleo mini contest had to answer the following question.
The first participant was @zottone444 in his first participation in the mini-contest.
zottone444 asked members of the Olio di Balena community to help him know the steps to become a Hive Witnesses.
I have read a few guides in the past but unfortunately I have not saved the links and do not know the steps involved in becoming a Hive Witness.

It's a bit of an old guide because it was published in 2021, but it might be a first starting point to begin to understand more.

The second participant was @pousinha who shared her difficulty in voting with a non-decimal percentage number in the Ecency interface.
I have already replied to pousinha's thread with the solution but I am also posting it here if any other Hive user has the same difficulty.
To vote with accurate numbers on ecency, simply click once on the voting bar and then use the directional keys on your keyboard (left and right) to vary the vote and choose the desired voting percentage ;)

The third participant was @duvinca who shared her difficulty in learning to play the Hive games.
Dear duvinca you have already identified the best solution for your difficulty: reading tutorials and asking friends.
I would add as an additional possibility also to ask for help in the discord channel of the game or games you would like to try because every game has its own discord channel and there is always some active player or some moderator who will answer your questions ;)

This is not only your difficulty and I have often helped and answered questions from Hive users about Hive Engine tokens.
I could write a guide about basic operations of Hive Engine tokens and I would like to do that and if I have time in the next days I will try although I cannot promise anything ;)

The seventh participant was @henrietta27 who shared her difficulty in using Leodex or Tribaldex due to missing funds.
First, I would point out that Leodex and Tribaldex are two different projects.
I personally have never encountered any problems but I haven't used Leodex and Tribaldex in a while and need to check.
On Leodex if there is not enough liquidity the conversion operations involving HIVE tokens are not doable at that time so it is advisable to check first if there is liquidity available.

The advice I can give you based on my experience is to request the minimum boost because it is more likely to be accepted by the ecency curators.

For the 5 prizes of 10 LEOs each, the number of comments generated by the threads is important.
The threads that generated the most interaction were in order by comments received:

Oggi è giovedì 16 novembre e un altro week-end si sta avvicinando ed è anche il momento per me di di pubblicare il nuovo tema settimanale per partecipare al mini contest nato dalla collaborazione tra la comunità di Olio di Balena e InLeo.
Il mini contest Olio di Balena - Inleo è arrivato alla tredicesima edizione e ha come sempre un duplice obiettivo:
- creare un momento di interazione e condivisione tra gli utenti di Olio di Balena
- far conoscere un utile strumento creato da InLeo per le comunità di Hive: i Community Threads

Un Thread è un post Twitter-style creato e memorizzato sulla blockchain di Hive tramite l'utilizzo della Inleo User Interface (UI)
Un Community Thread è un thread pubblicato all'interno di una comunità di Hive e visualizzabile all'interno della sezione Communities->"Nome Comunità"->Threads della Inleo UI.
I Community threads della comunità di Olio di Balena possono essere creati e visualizzati nella sezione Threads della pagina: https://inleo.io/communities/hive-146620
Nota Importante: Un thread è visualizzabile nella comunità di Olio di Balena se contiene il tag #oliodibalena
Creare un Community Thread è un'operazione molto semplice e ti mostro i passi da seguire.
Note: Il rebrand di Leofinance in Inleo è avvenuto da poco tempo e non ho avuto ancora il tempo di aggiornare la guida in questo post che mantiene le schermate di Leofinance ma i passi indicati nella mia guida sono gli stessi da seguire anche su Inleo.

Passo 1: Login su InLeo
- Passo 1.1: Devi andare su https://inleo.io/ e poi devi cliccare su Log in
- Passo 1.2: Nella schermata successiva hai diverse opzioni di log in tra cui scegliere tra cui:
- LeoAuth: Devi inserire il tuo Hive username, la tua Posting Key e poi devi cliccare su Log in.
- Log in con Hive KeyChain: Devi inserire il tuo Hive username, poi devi cliccare su Log in e poi devi cliccare su Confirm all'interno della schermata di Hive Keychain.
Passo 2: Entrare nella Home Page della comunità di Olio di Balena
- Passo 2.1: Devi cliccare su Communities
- Passo 2.2: Devi inserire nel campo di ricerca "Olio di Balena" o parte del nome.

Passo 3: Creare e pubblicare il Thread di partecipazione al mini contest.
- Passo 3.1: All'interno della Home Page di Olio di Balena devi cliccare su Threads
- Passo 3.2: Poi devi inserire il testo del tuo thread nel riquadro che contiene il tag #oliodibalena
- Passo 3.3: Poi devi cliccare su Thread in basso a destra.
Operazione completata! Facile vero? ;)
Adesso non devi fare altro che partecipare a questo bel mini contest ;)
Consiglio: Se il testo del tuo thread è superiore alla capienza massima di un singolo thread puoi anche scrivere un threadstorm.
In questo caso solo nel primo thread devi inserire due tag:
- il tag oliodibalena
- il tag threadstorm
- l'indicazione 1/x dove x è il numero dei threads che contiene il tuo threadstorm.

I Partecipanti e l'Annuncio dei Vincitori della Dodicesima Edizione del Mini Contest (9 novembre - 12 novembre 2023)
Nel mini-contest terminato il 6 novembre ci sono state 5 partecipazioni.
Nel mini contest terminato il 12 novembre le partecipazioni sono aumentate: 9 partecipazioni.
Il record di partecipazioni è sempre di 17 partecipazioni avvenute nel mini contest terminato il 22 ottobre 2023 ma sono contento che le partecipazioni sono aumentate nell'ultimo mini-contest anche perchè il tema che ho scelto è molto utile ai partecipanti e anche a me perchè rispondendo ai thread dei partecipanti ho anche l'occasione di aiutarli se la difficoltà da loro indicata è un argomento/app/tool/funzianalità che conosco.
Scopriamo insieme gli Olio di Balena thread che hanno pubblicato i 9 partecipanti al mini contest iniziato il 9 novembre 2023 e terminato il 12 novembre 2023.

zottone444 ha chiesto ai membri della comunità di Olio di Balena un aiuto per conoscere i passi da effettuare per diventare un Witnesses di Hive.
In passato ho letto qualche guida ma purtroppo non ho salvato i link e non conosco i passaggi necessari per diventare un Hive Witness.

E' una guida un pò vecchia perchè pubblicata nel 2021 ma potrebbe essere un primo punto di partenza per iniziare a capire di più.

La seconda partecipante è stata @pousinha che ha condiviso la sua difficoltà nel votare con numeri tondi nell'interfaccia di Ecency.
Ho già risposto al thread di pousinha con la soluzione ma la scrivo anche qui se anche qualche altro utente di Hive ha la stessa difficoltà.
Per votare con numeri precisi su ecency è sufficiente cliccare una prima volta sulla barra del voto e poi utilizzare i tasti direzionali della tastiera (destra e sinistra) per variare il voto e scegliere la percentuale di voto desiderata ;)

La terza partecipante è stata @duvinca che ha condiviso la sua difficoltà nell'imparare a giocare agli Hive games.
Cara duvinca hai già individuato la migliore soluzione per la tua difficoltà: leggere tutorials e chiedere agli amici.
Io aggiungerei come soluzione quella di chiedere aiuto nel canale discord del gioco o dei giochi che ti piacerebbe provare perchè ogni gioco ha un suo canale discord e c'è sempre qualche giocatore attivo o qualche moderatore che risponderà alle tue domande ;)

Il quinto partecipante è stato @fashtioluwa che ha condiviso la sua difficoltà nel gestire i token di secondo livello di Hive.
Questa non è solo una tua difficoltà e spesso ho aiutato e ho risposto a domande di utenti di Hive sugli Hive Engine tokens.
Potrei scrivere una guida sulle operazioni di base sui token di Hive Engine e mi piacerebbe farlo e se avrò tempo nei prossimi giorni ci proverò anche se non posso promettere nulla ;)

Io personalmente non ho mai riscontrato problemi ma non uso Leodex e Tribaldex da un pò di tempo e devo fare una verifica.
Su Leodex se non c'è sufficiente liquidità le operazioni di conversione che coinvolgono i token HIVE non sono effettuabili in quel momento.

Amico mio, purtroppo ultimamente ho dubbi ben peggiori e nulla hanno a che fare con ecency, nemmeno il mio nuovo grattacapo con i boost che falliscono costantemente. Una nuova infame legge del mio paese potrebbe obbligarmi ad abbandonare hive dal primo di gennaio 2024 (basta che leggi la risposta diretta a @libertycrypto27 per farti un'idea). D'ora in avanti potrebbe essere auspicabile trovare unicamente siti che pagano su paypal o che quantomeno paghino in una criptomoneta accettabile dalle exchange nazionali brasiliane per il prelievo diretto senza dover permutare/swappare (perchè gli idioti al governo vogliono che teniamo traccia di ogni singolo swap per portare in dichiarazione mensile e pagarci pure il 15% in tasse. Hanno tolto tutte le soglie di esenzione sia sull'imponibile che dichiarativo e il secondo è molto peggio delle tasse. Cioè se swappo !PGM, !PIZZA e compagnia cantante per ottenere swap-hive e guadagno mezzo centesimo grazie a un rialzo improvviso, devo tenerne traccia e dichiararlo entro 10 giorni, se poi swappo swap-hive per ottenere BCH da inviare alla mia exchange brasiliana, dato che ovviamente le nostre CEX non listano mai cripto esotiche, devo fare idem. Il 31 dicembre potrebbe essere l'ultimo mio giorno qui. Già l'amministratore di HIVE-BR aspetta che gli arrivi l'ufficiale giudiziario in casa per decidere il da farsi.

Saranno 6 mesi che picchio la testa coi boost ecency che solo falliscono anche se chiedo solo 1000 punti. Oramai ho gettato la spugna.
Approfitto per chiederti se hive-engine, tribaldex e leodex che purtroppo sono centralizzate, come mi ha confermato @garlet (curioso che gli ultimi due riportino il suffisso DEX, ma tant'è), se conservano i dati veri che siamo costretti a fornire quando apriamo un ticket per farci rimborsare per un swap fallito. Se i loro proprietari vivono in uno dei 48 paesi che hanno firmato l'accordo di disclosure, se l'Agenzia delle Entrate brasiliana gli dovesse chiedere delle mie transazioni, non potranno rifiutarsi. Ovviamente è impossibile tenere conto di ogni centesimo di rivalutazione cripto, dati i millemila token ospitati e tenere traccia di ogni singolo swap per informarli che ho guadagnato mezzo centesimo in più da questa o quella permuta per portarlo mese dopo mese in dichiarazione (e oramai pagarci pure il 15% di tasse) e qui faccio davvero prima ad abbandonare hive dal primo gennaio 2024 perchè nemmeno l'account parallelo qui mi può salvare, data la centralizzazione. Dato che purtroppo sono incorsa nel seguente inghippo a causa del tipo di dichiarazione dei redditi annuale che da noi è mille volte peggio del vostro ISEE. Purtroppo siamo obbligati a portare in dichiarazione i nomi delle exchange e dei wallet in cui sono custodite le nostre criptomonete e già alla RF sanno da anni che mi affido a tribaldex. Per non parlare poi degli NFT che sono registrati nel primo account e non nel secondo e anch'essi vanno obbligatoriamente portati in dichiarazione perchè a differenza che da voi non sono considerate opere d'arte, ma attivi finanziari. @pousinha ti rispondo direttamente qua, dato che ho letto anche quest'altro tuo messaggio sempre in merito a certe follie burocratiche che dimostrano, per l'ennesima volta, come chi è chiamato a legiferare su una materia spesso sia rimasto culturalmente ai tempi del baratto, per cui non ha idea di quello che sta regolando e crea obblighi e doveri che sono semplicemente impossibili da rispettare ed attuare.
Volevo però capire un paio di cose che non mi tornano:
in che senso TribalDex e LeoDex sono centralizzati? Che io sappia sono entrambi decentralizzati, proprio come Hive-Engine. Tutti e 3 girano infatti su Hive-Engine (inteso come layer 2 di Hive, in questo caso) e la liquidità è fornita dagli utenti attraverso le pool di liquidità, il cui controllo è sempre e solo nelle mani negli utenti stessi. A riprova di questo, considera che se aggiungi liquidità ad una pool su uno a caso di questi 3 Dex, poi la ritrovi e puoi gestirla su ciacuno dei 3, proprio perché loro non ne hanno il controllo ma forniscono "solo" un'interfaccia grafica con cui interagire con Hive-Engine (sempre inteso come layer 2 di Hive), oltre ad alcuni servizi accessori extra (come la funzione di bridge tra Hive ed altre chains svolta da Hive-Engine (qui mi riferisco al Dex omonimo).
come fa il Governo Brasiliano a scoprire l'esistenza di ciò che possiedi su Hive? Non essendoci alcun KYC ed essendo tutte le applicazioni presenti su Hive decentralizzate, tecnicamente, salvo compiere enormi violazioni della privacy ed accedere alla tua cronologia internet attraverso una collaborazione con il tuo provider internet, non credo ci siano modi per ricollegare l'account @pousinha alla tua identità reale, almeno che tu non interagisca con un Cex (Binance, Coinbase, etc) o acquisti Hive mediante metodi di pagamento "tradizionali". Esiste un qualche altro modo con cui possono risalire alla tua identità? Ovviamente escludendo il fatto che uno lo dichiari autonomamente per sua onestà e correttezza, ma in questo caso forse per i token che valgono solo pochi centesimi sarebbe davvero troppa onestà e correttezza...
Ti chiedo tutto questo perché vorrei capirci qualcosa di più in questa materia, perché immagino che sia solo questione di tempo prima che in Italia si arrivi a qualcosa di simile...
E comunque spero che la comunità brasiliana riesca a trovare una qualche soluzione, perché sarebbero davvero triste pensare che dobbiate tutti abbandonare Hive per una normativa che vi impone obblighi folli :(

Amico mio @arc7icwolf, avevo letto da qualche parte che hive-engine, tribaldex e leodex sono centralizzate e me lo ha confermato @garlet (e lui è esperto in materia, quindi se un esperto me lo conferma, vuol dire che le cose stanno come dice). Come dicevo in altri commenti, tutto quel che ho in HP e HBD (ma le stable coin sono molto meno problematiche) lo porto in dichiarazione dei redditi da anni. Ho una persona giuridica aperta che va avanti principalmente grazie a questi guadagni, quindi, anche se volessi essere meno pignola di quanto sono in fatto di diritto tributario, non sarebbe nemmeno cosigliabile (nei casi peggiori c'è pure la galera per tre anni per evasione fiscale e una persona giuridica è più esposta di una persona fisica). Se non li avessi mai dichiarati, quale spiegazione fornirei alla RF? Come giutificherei le somme che ogni santo mese cascano sul mio conto corrente? Quali spiegazioni darei all'organo della previdenza riguardo a una persona giuridica dal fatturato ridicolo mentre non dichiaro la fonte dei depositi sul conto corrente, molto più alti di quanto ricevo dalla vendita porta a porta dell'usato o dall'insegnamento? E già, perchè purtroppo la fetta di guadagni più grossa mi arriva dal telelavoro e non dalle attività offline? Ok, in ogni caso, le somme dichiarate (per forza di cose, dato che il nostro modello dichiarativo è mille volte peggiore del vostro ISEE, ho l'obbligo di dichiarare anche quanto che rimane in staking in HP e HBD e in quanto alle miriadi di token finora le ho dichiarate in soluzione unica come fossero hive perchè è impossibile menzionarli uno a uno) non si trascinano dietro (per ora, soltanto per ora) l'obbligo della disclosure dell'account su hive. Ma lo staff di hive-engine ha i miei dati veri (nome, cognome e e-mail che è la stessa della mia persona giuridica aperta) perchè li richiede ogni volta che ci deve rimborsare quando un swap fallisce. Quindi, se i proprientari sono residenti in un paese tra i 48 firmatari della disclosure e la RF li interpella, sono obbligati a trasmettergli tutte le mie operazioni. L'amministratore di HIVE-BR mi ha già detto che si aspetta l'ufficiale giudiziario a bussare alla sua porta. Capisci quanto è grave? Ovviamente le menti geniali al governo hanno ideato quest'infamia mirando unicamente agli investitori che comprano su binance (già obbligata alla trasmissione dei dato perchè ha acquisito una sede in Brasile), gate.io, coinbase, etc., che usano ledger e trezor, coinomi, trust wallet, ecc., finendo per attingere i telelavoratori a causa della modalità in cui la legge è formulata e le sue interazioni con la legge precedente. In pratica, per evitare di riportare ogni singola operazione, dovremmo operare unicamente sulle exchange nazionali, esenti da questi obblighi, ma ovviamente, siccome non listano hive, HBD e men che meno tutte le diavolerie di millemila token listati su hive-engine, per forza di cose siamo costretti a swappare o vendere qui per poter prelevare sulle nostre exchange nazionali. E qui sta la rogna. Perchè il swap o la vendita sono avvenuti al di fuori delle exchange nazionali. Dato che appunto, come dici tu, i politici di sinistra brasiliani sono fermi ai tempi del baratto e in questo paese vige un protezionismo degno del medioevo, unito alla forte antipatia per le finanze estere, siamo sulla buona strada per diventare una gigante Corea del nord.

Ps.: dimenticavo: la RF ha comunicato al paese di essere entrata in possesso di una IA in grado di tracciare ogni nostra singola operazione in qualsiasi blockchain. Ovviamente, il prossimo passo dopo questa infamia sarà quello di obbligarci a portare per iscritto in dichiarazione dei redditi ciascun indirizzo alfanumerico delle nostre criptomonete
Che casino allucinante, maremma... mi spiace proprio @pousinha e mi piace pensare che in tutto ciò salti fuori alla fine una qualche soluzione che vi consenta di continuare ad essere attivi su Hive, ma da quello che mi descrivi la situazione sembra veramente assurda, complicata e, direi, anche spaventosa.
Spero di leggere in futuro qualche tuo aggiornamento sul punto: la speranza è l'ultima a morire, per cui magari capita un qualche miracolo inaspettato alla fine...

Esatto, un miracolo è proprio quello che serve alla comunità brasiliana (c'è un buon numero di utenti e l'amministratore è pure un fautore di power up, quindi è esposto a rischi considerevoli davanti alla RF molto più di tutti noi: se gli dovessero portare via quanto accumulato sarebbe una tragedia perchè ha figli piccoli) perchè il Senato è proprio deciso a firmare questo scempio che diventerà legge già dal primo di gennaio. I nostri migliori influencer esperti in tassazione, dichiarazioni e criptomonete non hanno dubbi che il Senato avalla il progetto e dunque senza un miracolo stiamo freschi.

La prossima settimana la materia verrà discussa nuovamente in Senato e si aspetta già la firma. Ok, mi preparo a dire addio a hive perchè la materia verrà discussa con urgenza e questo significa che già il primo gennaio diventerà legge.
Se ci fosse un modo per declinare il pagamento di tutti i token di secondo livello forse in qualche modo potreste farcela: dover tenere traccia solo di Hive e HBD almeno non sarebbe una missione impossibile... forse potreste provare ad interessare uno sviluppatore che ruota attorno ad Hive per vedere se riesce ad inventarsi qualcosa? Perchè sembra assurdo dover perdere tutta un'intera community per una richiesta semplicemente impossibile da attuare per chiunque...

Sarebbe comunque incasinato perchè dovremmo calcolare il valore di hive in moneta locale prima di swappare in BCH o dogecoin/altro accettabile dalle exchange locali, poi calcolare a quanto ammontano i BCH/altro ricevuti sempre in moneta locale e qualora le fluttuazioni del mercato rilevino lucro sia pure di mezzo centesimo, compilare il modulo per il report. E fare la stessa cosa nelle altre piattaforme simili a hive (o nelle CEX come poloniex che listano la criptomoneta di turno, per es blurt). Anche così ci poterebbe via un sacco di tempo in cui dovremmo sospendere tutte le attività lavorative soltanto per dedicarci a questi report (farli riportare al commercialista è impensabile, dato che di onorari qui si prendono minimo 150 a operazione). Ma sarebbe comunque forse ancora fattibile. Ovvio che sono questi millemila microtoken quali !BEER e compagnia danzante che lungi dall'aiutare la comunità brasiliana, ci fregano proprio alla grande. Posso provare a proporlo all'amministratore di HIVE-BR, se riesce a contattare gli sviluppatori (prima ancora, dovrei però riuscire a contattarlo fuori della piattaforma, perchè sai com'è, non si sa mai, discorrendo in portoghese con questo putiferio al Senato non è raccomandabile). Lui però, sia come sia, non intende abbandonare hive e preferisce affrontare l'ufficiale giudiziario con tutte le conseguenze del caso. Solo che vedi, lui è nativo e cittadino brasiliano e io no, quindi la mia posizione è ben peggiore della sua se succede qualcosa. Un non nativo non deve rendersi inviso a nessun organo burocratico, specie considerato che stiamo diventando Corea del nord. L'idea di fondo infatti è quella di operare unicamente a casa nostra e infatti anche i guadagni in FIAT in dollari, euro, sterline, ecc., sono malvisti (non quanto le criptomonete e gli NFT, comunque). E dato quello che combina la polizia federale se ti azzardi a separarti da un coniuge cittadino (ritiro del visto e tempo 90 giorni per lasciare il paese, pena 100 di multa al giorno per ogni giorno di ritardo fino ad arrivare al reato di immigrazione clandestina passibile di carcerazione), si vede bene quanto amiche siano le istituzioni di tutto quanto viene da fuori paese, coniugi stranieri compresi. Ti salvi da questa aberrazione (a loro non gliene frega una cippa se nel tuo paese non hai nessun familiare nè una casa dove andare a dormire e se hai casa qui la devi per forza abbandonare perchè in 90 giorni non vendi nemmeno un lecca-lecca) se hai fatto un figlio con il coniuge nativo o se sei coperto dalla vecchia legge migratoria (ma in quest'ultimo caso servono 3 ulteriori requisiti: fedina penale pulita e qui sono d'accordo, dimostrare di poterti mantenere e qui devi essere un mezzo Creso, perchè indicativamente, se un lavoro non ce l'hai, non ti salva nemmeno un conto in banca da 300 mila e inoltre devi avere risieduto senza muoverti per un minimo di 4 anni). Gli investitori stranieri poi sono anni che fanno di tutto per allontanarli e il curioso è che sono proprio loro a portare maggiore benessere, ma tant'è. L'ho visto pure io con i miei occhi e ti parlo di minimo 10 anni fa, quando le leggi migratorie non erano peggiorate un casino come nel 2017, di quante pulci faceva il Consolato a un ragazzo mi pare milanese che intendeva aprire un'industria. Ricordo che l'avevano fatto esasperare al punto che aveva detto di voler desistere e cercare un altro paese per investire.
Ps.: starei comunque trovando soluzioni grazie a garlet in fatto di hive (devo però ancora sentire un commercialista esperto in cripto che fa consulenza gratuita, cosa che farò dopo la firma del Senato)
Che tristezza vedere come in tutto il mondo sempre più paesi adottino politiche restrittive e di sfavore contro le persone provenienti da altre parti del mondo... la Storia non sembra mai insegnare niente a nessuno.

Ci siamo sentiti giusto ieri ed è stato davvero prodigo di consigli. Nel frattempo, ho contattato un commercialista online esperto in cripto che fa consulenza gratis a chi lo segue nel suo canale youtube e aspetto di sentire cosa mi dice. Nel frattempo, sono venuta pure a sapere che il mio paese ha iniziato a proibire l'uso di ledger (almeno è quanto ha informato un ragazzo nel canale di questo commercialista, perchè ha provato a farsene arrivare una da mi pare gli USA, ma dopo essersi presi i suoi soldi hanno bloccato l'invio adducendo politiche proibitive nel suo paese). Ora, mi auguro sia la solita legge doganale che anche lì, importare un bene dall'estero è mal visto, anzichè un vero e proprio divieto di utilizzo di cold wallet. Vuoi comprare qualsiasi prodotto? Devi comprarlo nel tuo paese, altrimenti paghi e non te lo facciamo arrivare.
Spero che i consigli possano esserti utili.
Certo perché così ci mettono delle backdoor con cui poterti controllare. Non mi fido assolutamente degli hardware wallet. Dovrebbero esser i più sicuri, ed è proprio quando le persone si sentono sicure che abbassano la guardia. Invece sono con evidenza di cose molto ... centralizzati.
Preferisco di gran lunga un software wallet open source. Meglio ancora, visto che sono un holder, direttamente la blockchain.
E purtroppo temo che siamo solo all'inizio del tentativo di repressione. Saranno sempre di più i paesi che renderanno le crittovalute illegali, come la Cina, o di fatto inutilizzabili legalmente, come appunto sta cercando di fare il Brasile.
Quindi chi vive negli altri paesi dovrebbe cominciare seriamente a porsi questi problemi, a meno di non voler abbandonare le crittovalute.
So che sembro paranoico, ma le mie previsioni si materializzano pian piano. D'altra parte chi avrebbe immaginato che il Governo brasiliano avrebbe intrapreso questi passi, anche solo 12 mesi fa?

Mah, guarda, 12 mesi fa era impensabile perchè governava Bolsonaro. Ma già si sentiva la puzza di bruciato (sia pure più che altro in fatto di diverse aree) perchè vi era la certezza matematica che avrebbe vinto Lula (anche se sono sicurissima che non sta governando affatto lui, avendoci un piede nella fossa, ma il suo team nominato coi piedi). Eppure al contempo s'era speranzosi perchè i primi due governi Lula erano stati fantastici (per forza: allora governava lui per davvero).
E no, ledger e trezor sono sicure solo in apparenza, perchè sono venuta a sapere che anch'esse vanno aggiornate e un gap negli aggiornamenti ha già causato hacking, in barba a chi ha speso fior di quattrini per tenere le cripto al sicuro, ma se l'è viste soffiare da sotto il naso.
Mi raccontano di là(nel cugino di hive) che l'UE sta facendo le pulci in materia nei paesi membri e in due mi hanno già detto che si aspettano ragguardevoli sanzioni quando preleveranno le decine di migliaia, se non di più.
Inutilizzabili legalmente ancora no: sembra semmai che stiano facendo il gioco delle CEX nazionali che per forza di cose s'indispongono se i residenti nel paese scelgono una custodia che non è strettamente la loro e dato il marcato campanilismo delle istituzioni assieme alla patente ignoranza, questi sono i risultati.
Che tu sappia, se hai due wallet in app con lo stesso seed, puoi prelevare dall'uno o l'altro indistintamente o si è obbligati a utilizzare il primo per non perdere i fondi?

Puoi utilizzare qualsiasi wallet una volta che inserisci il seed. Le crittovalute NON sono mai nel wallet. Le crittovalute sono SEMPRE nella blockchain e non si muovono mai di lì. Il wallet è solo un software (anche nel caso di wallet hardware, la parte che conta è il software che gira internamente all'hardware che è solo "una scatola") che permette di accedere alle tue proprietà e di disporne.
Per questo motivo il seed assolutamente: se finisce nelle mani sbagliate chiunque ne entra in possesso può prelevare le tue monete installando un qualsiasi wallet.

Purtroppo succede che non mi fido assolutamente più di atomic wallet. A giugno di quest'anno, un aggiornamento programmato coi piedi presentava un gap (leakage, l'hanno chiamato) che ha permesso a una compagnia di hacker denominata Lazarus di accedere ai seed di millemila clienti di atomic che si sono quindi visti ripulire il wallet. I proprietari di atomic se ne sono infischiati alla stragrande, anche se la colpa era palesemente della compagnia proprietaria. A causa però delle vergognose fee di trasferimento, non avevo potuto prelevare direttamente e quindi avevo aperto un secondo wallet, ritenuto affidabile dalle recensioni (e comunque già usato in precedenza per ricevere BCH quando lavoravo su noise.cash), con lo stesso seed, disinstallando poi atomic (in pratica, sono stati hacherati soltanto gli utenti che avevano scaricato l'aggiornamento di giugno) da uno dei dispositivi (e non aggiornando più un bel niente dall'altro). Inutile trasferire per mettere al sicuro pochi spicci che se non finiscono trafugati, comunque se li mangiano le fee. Altri clienti di atomic wallet, poi, al momento di prelevare, non si sono mai visti arrivare i fondi a destinazione e non per errori da loro commessi. Si era trattato di utenti argentini e l'Argentina è uno dei paesi ritenuti non accettabli dal servizio che fa da ponte ad atomic wallet per spostare le criptomonete. Ho letto su Reddit che i gestori di questo servizio, in pratica, si sono fatti belli alle spalle di quei poveracci argentini perchè hanno donato i loro fondi in beneficenza (bella la beneficenza gabbando i propri clienti, fichissimo). Tra Reddit e Trust Pilot se ne leggono di belle, su atomic wallet. Purtroppo quando l'avevo aperto andava alla grande, altrimenti non mi sarei proprio sognata.

Non posso aiutarti con i wallet purtroppo: come detto sono un holder ed oltre ad Hive, che ha il suo wallet, mi occupo solo di bitcoin, per il quale non ho wallet, ma sono depositati direttamente su blockchain.
Mi fido solo di electrum, open source, per bitcoin. Per le altre non so che dirti: ho un account su Metamask, ma in sostanza è inutilizzato. Non so più neanche se le pochissime cose lì ci sono ancora: si parla di infinitesimi. In linea di massima consiglio di:

@garlet, come si deposita direttamente su blockchain? Non ne ho la più pallida idea. In ogni caso, potrebbe essere che non mi è affatto possibile, perchè tutti i forum finanziari paganti e GTP richiedono obbligatoriamente un indirizzo alfanumerico, quando non addirittura uno specifico wallet (per es. noise.cash richiedeva bitcoin.com per depositare i nostri pagamenti). Siccome non ho mai comprato nemmeno un centesimo di criptomonete e tutto quel che mi è arrivato proviene da forum e GTP.
In genere comunque queste app non si usano su pc, ma solo su cellulare (eccezion fatta per poche come appunto atomic wallet) e su cellulare pare perfino più rischioso. Comunque dotare un dispositivo di un antivirus efficace ha dei costi (i migliori sono purtroppo gli antivirus commerciali come Kaspersky versione integrale) e se i fondi sono pochi, il gioco non vale la candela. Si va in tali casi a spendere di più per l'abbonamento a Kaspersky dei ricavi in cripto, lavorando quindi in perdita. È la stessa storia delle ledger e trezor. Non ha senso spendere un migliaio (o anche le decine di migliaia che è il prezzo da sbellicarsi del ridere della tecnologia in Argentina) per proteggere 300, 100, 50 o meno (ora vabbè, i cold wallet stanno finendo hackerati comunque, ma un supermoderatore del forum italiano per il guadagno online le sponsorizzava come botti di ferro, straconsigliandole). Diciamo che da parte mia, ovunque possibile, ho sempre preferito paypal per ricevere pagamenti da clienti stranieri (lo stesso una mia collega insegnante del Botswana, dove lei dice che le criptomonete non hanno alcun senso, essendo il paese conciato peggio dell'Albania in fatto di guadagni esotici), ma sta finendo sempre più in disuso a causa delle criptomonete. Per non parlare del fatto che in certi paesi sta bannando clienti ad muzzum: un'altra collega, stavolta keniota, si sta vedendo obbligata a guadagnare solo in cripto perchè paypal di buon mattino le ha bloccato l'account (ma l'aveva fatto pure con una mia amica romana, che comunque a differenza della keniota era riuscita a risolvere).

Le crittovalute non si muovono mai dalla blockchain. Il wallet è solo un software che permette di fare transazioni cambiandone il proprietario. Ogni blocco è un elenco di transazioni in cui si dice che X monete sono passate dal proprietario A a B, Y monete da C a D, e così via. La blockchain è un registro di tutte queste transazioni. Quando tu guardi il contenuto del tuo wallet vedi il bilancio, continuamente aggiornato, fra le monete su cui sei stata una parte in causa: un ricevente o un mandante. Immaginala come soldi in banca che non possono mai esser prelevati fisicamente, che è poi quello che vogliono fare con il denaro digitale, le CDBC: in modo che nessuno possa più recarsi in banca e prelevare togliendo il denaro dal sistema bancario.
Certo chi effettua molte transazioni non ha convenienza a reinstallare ogni volte un wallet, inserire il seed e così via. A quel punto meglio aver un wallet pronto all'uso, da aprire e su cui operare prima di richiuderlo, sia esso sul tuo device (PC o smartphone) come Electrum (per bitcoin) o Metamask, o su hardware (come Ledger) o su browser (come Keychain). Tutti e tre sono solo software che "leggono" i bilanci su blockchain del conto intestato al seed inserito.

Ciao @pousinha. Specifico meglio: non sono Hive Engine e Tribaldex in quanto exchange ad essere centralizzati. Anche se il fatto che possano intervenire a "verificare e sbloccare" transazioni non eseguite significa che una qualche forma di centralizzazione hanno, anche se non dichiarata.
Ma sicuramente sono centralizzati i domini dei siti.

C'è anche un numero di telefono di contatto.
Certo si tratta di capire che andrebbero fatte rogatorie internazionali alle quali i proprietari del sito dovrebbe accettare di sottostare (come ti dicevo io non lo farei, ma non sono io il proprietario).
L'autorità del Brasile non può chiedere ai proprietari del sito "dammi tutti dati dei tuoi utilizzatori brasiliani", semplicemente perché questi non li conoscono: non si ricava la residenza fiscale dell'utente dal nome, cognome ed indirizzo email.
L'autorità brasiliana dovrebbe chiedere ai proprietari del sito "dammi tutte le transazioni di coloro che sono registrati da te con queste email". Trai conclusioni da questa informazione. Come ti scrivevo su un altro commento meglio proseguire la discussione altrove: qui stiamo incidendo quello che scriviamo su blockchain pubblica.

Cmq io chiedo sempre il minimo e cioè 150 punti e spesso ricevo il boost ma altre volte no e ricevo il refund. I post passano sempre attraverso dei curatori e può capitare anche che i post siano tanti in un particolare giorno.
Considera che un'altro elemento che viene preso in considerazione per il boost è l'uso di ecency per la pubblicazione.
Hive Engine e co. sono centralizzati nel senso che hanno un proprietario o più proprietari ma non sono paragonabili ai cex perchè a differenza dei cex dove tu trasferisci i token nel wallet dei cex su Hive i token di secondo livello sono memorizzati in chain e per questo sono gestibili da Hive Engine, Tribaldex e qualunque altro gestore di token nascerà in futuro.
In sintesi se scompare Hive Engine potrai gestire i token da Tribaldex o beeswap ecc. ecc.
Tra l'altro TribalDex dovrebbe essere più decentralizzato anche se non ho approfondito perchè ha nodi e witnesses come su Hive ma nel suo caso non ci sono HP ma token workerbee
Detto questo non credo debbano comunicare i loro utenti e se fossero costretti a farlo comunicherebbero l'indirizzo Hive e non i dati della persona anche perchè non li conoscono non avendo KYC.
Tra l'altro se non hanno KYC è perchè non sono obbligati a chiederlo e questa è già una conferma secondo me che non comunicano i dati a nessuno.
Quando chi governa lo fa solo con l'obiettivo di tassare e non si preoccupa di conoscere la materia che vuole tassare succedono le peggiori schifezze...in Italia non siamo messi male come in Brasile ma anche qui i primi tentativi di regolarizzazione mostrano come sempre che chi tassa vuole tassare ma è ignorante in materia...

Come fanno a non conoscere i dati visto che quando apriamo un ticket per farci rimborsare per un swap fallito siamo obbligati a fornirgli nome, cognome, usename su hive e indirizzo e-mail? Tutti questi sono dati che possono dunque tranquillamente inviare alle varie agenzie delle entrate dei 48 paesi firmatari della disclosure, anche senza KYC, giusto?

Il bello è che il governo brasiliano esige la disclosure da parte di CEX che hanno sede in posti tipo Malta. Potrebbe quindi fare richiesta a hive-engine o tribaldex, ma mi auguro che quale risposta riceva una bella pernacchia come del resto si merita per insistere in una legge che è pure incostituzionale (ma qui l'incostituzionalità diventa facilmente legge e va adempiuta fino a quando la corte suprema non dichiara formalmente l'incostituzionalità, cosa che ovviamente non farà mai perchè il marcio nel tribunale supremo brasiliano è peggiore di quello in congresso). Spero in ogni caso che il 31 dicembre di quest'anno non diventi il mio ultimo giorno su hive.
