Good morning friends of Loving Hive, I hope you are all very, very well, I come encouraged to share my experience for the proposed theme, and admit that it is very striking, and recently I have participated in something similar that invited us to share the “how we see and tell Hive to people who do not know it” I feel that these topics are beautiful, and could be extensive if one wanted, and there will always be something left to talk about, that's why in this publication with a more refined theme, I will share what I think is “good” and “bad” in Hive.

Buen día amigos de Loving Hive, espero que se encuentren todos muy pero muy bien, vengo incentivada a compartir mi experiencia para la temática propuesta, y admitir que es muy llamativa, y hace poco he participado de algo similar que nos invitaba a compartir el “cómo vemos y contamos Hive a la gente que no lo conoce” Siento que estos temas son hermosos, y podrían ser extensos si uno quisiera, y siempre quedará algo por hablar, es por eso que en esta publicación con una temática más afinada, compartiré lo que creo que es “bueno” y “malo” en Hive.

The good thing about Hive is that the growth is very personal, and certainly you discover yourself along the way, I will talk about this from my personal perspective, and while I was already familiar with blogging in general, finding the best ways to convey this, and to reach others, when in general it is not very frequent, is a challenge. Not to mention that I was able to explore my potential as a knitter, and dare to dabble in new and not so new things.

Lo bueno de Hive es que el crecimiento es muy personal, y ciertamente uno va descubriéndose en el trayecto, hablaré esto desde mi perspectiva personal, y si bien ya estaba amigada con el tema del blogging en general, encontrar las mejores maneras de transmitir esto, y de llegar a otros, cuando en general no es muy frecuente, es un desafío. Ni hablar de que pude explorar mi potencial como tejedora, y atreverme a incursionar en cuestiones nuevas y no tan nuevas.

Having found communities that fit my tastes, such as cooking, knitting and even the Argentina Community for many contents that I didn't know I could share. También explorar en mis capacidades creativas, en aquello que me dan más ganas de compartir y seguro cosas que me guardo para mí pero también son parte del descubrimiento. Haber encontrado comunidades que encajan con mis gustos, como la cocina, el tejido e incluso la Comunidad Argentina para muchos contenidos que no sabía que podía compartir. Realmente lo ha vuelto un abanico lleno de posibilidades, pero tienes que estar muy atento e ir buscando también.

The possibilities are huge, the good thing about Hive is that the path is set by you, if you want to speak in languages, translate or read rather than share. If you want to make your content in video, in photos, microblogging, play games, or even Dapps that I do not know, you can also talk about your past experiences, and it is valid. It is beautiful, again in my particular perspective, to understand that here what I exercise the most is creativity and to be able to share these issues that sometimes are extremely lonely (as when I told you that I am a professed lover of puzzles, I repeat: infinite possibilities!

Las posibilidades son enormes, lo bueno de Hive es que el camino lo marcas tú, si quieres hablar en idiomas, traducir o leer más que compartir. Si deseas hacer tu contenido en video, en fotos, microblogging, jugar juegos, o incluso Dapps que yo no conozco, también puedes hablar de tus experiencias pasadas, y es válido. Es hermoso, nuevamente en mi perspectiva particular, entender que aquí lo que más ejercito es la creatividad y el poder compartir estas cuestiones que a veces son sumamente solitarias (como cuando les conté que soy una profesa amante de rompecabezas, repito: infinitas posibilidades!)

Don't rest on your laurels, you don't just achieve success, in fact, what would it be like to achieve success in Hive? I guess if you set goals and reach them, as is my case with Saturday Savers Club, it would be a successful situation.We will see if I finish with that plan this year, so until December I will continue with those efforts to complete the goal I set for myself.

No dormirse en los laureles, no se alcanza el éxito sin más, de hecho, ¿qué sería alcanzar el éxito en Hive? Supongo que si te trazas metas y llegas a ellas, como es mi caso con Saturday Savers Club, sería una situación exitosa. Veremos si termino con ese plan este año, asique hasta diciembre seguiré con dichos esfuerzos para completar tal objetivo que me puse.

But the bad, this is very difficult to name, although I understand that from my perspective there is nothing bad in Hive, making reference to “the less good” in this way, allows us to share it more freely. The truth is that the beginning was hard, at least for me and for those years of transition from the previous network to what we know today as the reign of Hive ! Understand the beginning as starting to get into the pool, when the water is a little cold. It's about soaking up knowledge first and then letting go and learning from practice, from error, from reading others. Experimentation is also part of the exercise.

Pero lo malo, esto es muy difícil de nombrar, si bien entiendo que a mi perspectiva no hay nada malo en Hive, hacer referencia a “lo menos bueno” de esta manera, nos permite compartirlo con mayor soltura. La verdad es que el comienzo fue duro, al menos para mi y para esos años de tránsito de la red anterior a lo que hoy conocemos como el reinado de Hive ! Entender el comienzo como empezar a meterse a la piscina, cuando el agua está un poco fría. Se trata de empaparse de conocimientos primero y luego ir soltándose y aprender la práctica, del error, de leer a otros. El experimento es también parte del ejercicio.

Hay que perder varios miedos, e incluso frustrarse un poco, no es que sea malo, es que esta fue mi manera de aprender, y entiendo que no todos están a la altura, jaja. Hay que armarse de varias herramientas antes de sentir seguridad en lo que se hace.

But besides that, as a start and as an experiment, it was also good and full of knowledge. The bad will always depend on who sees it, and as I am not very given to new terms, if I fail to understand the concept that encompasses it, I find myself with difficulties in some aspects, for example I still see difficult some terminologies so specific to the crypto world. While I have a general knowledge that allows me to know what I'm doing, I don't have in-depth knowledge. Stacking, holding, and exchange are still a challenge for me. Not to say it's a bad thing, in fact, it inspires me to keep learning! Just like the amount of frontends we have, I have one by preference chosen, but still, I dare to investigate a bit the others, although it gets a bit confusing, it's just getting used to it. I see so many knowledgeable people around here, it makes me want to install that chip of information in my brain, but I also choose my focus on the personal, on those things I do know how to do and where I enjoy “the good stuff” of Hive

Pero además de eso, como comienzo y como experimento, también fue bueno y lleno de conocimientos. Lo malo siempre dependerá de quién lo vea, y como yo no soy muy dada a términos nuevos, si no logro comprender el concepto que lo engloba, me encuentro con dificultades en algunos aspectos, por ejemplo aún veo difíciles algunas terminologías tan específicas del mundo crypto. Si bien tengo un conocimiento general que me permite saber lo que hago, no tengo conocimiento en profundidad. El stacking, el holding, y el exchange aún son un desafío para mi. Sin decir que es algo malo, es más, me inspira a seguir aprendiendo! Igual que la cantidad de frontends que tenemos, yo tengo uno por preferencia elegido, pero así y todo, me atrevo a investigar un poco los demás, aunque se vuelve un poco confuso, es solo acostumbrarse. Veo tanta gente conocedora por aquí, que me dan ganas de instalar ese chip de información en mi cerebro, pero también elijo mi enfoque en lo personal, en aquellas cosas que sí sé hacer y en las que disfruto “lo bueno” de Hive.
