Is your delegation for November only? I'm working on something that involves delegating to small accounts that is here to build their account in the long run, but I'm probably a couple of months away from implemention. If your delegation is for the long run, it would make a high impact on my project.

For now it's for the full month of November. If I get no other interest you're welcome to pitch your project, but I would prefer to delegate with the expectation of it being removed after a month so that I can try different things with it.
