Hola amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, les saludo con mucho cariño, esperando que la estén pasando bien, que logren cada meta que se propongan, siempre de la mano del Dios Todopoderoso.

Es grato para mí unirme a la iniciativa propuesta Qurator's: El mejor chef de Hive!, en la elaboración de una receta que tenga como ingrediente Berenjena.

Para mi entrada a esta iniciativa les voy a presentar Una Deliciosa Berenjena al queso. Es una receta muy fácil de preparar.
Sin más, les presento los ingredientes y la preparación.

It is a pleasure for me to join the proposed initiative Qurator's: The best chef of Hive!, in the elaboration of a recipe with Eggplant as an ingredient.

For my entry to this initiative I am going to present a delicious Eggplant with Cheese. It is a very easy recipe to prepare.
Without further ado, I present the ingredients and the preparation.

INGREDIENTES

1 Berenjena.
1 Tomate
3 dientes de ajo.
1 Rama de cilantro España.
Sal al gusto.
Azúcar al gusto.
Orégano en polvo al gusto.
5 rebanadas de queso amarillo.
6 cucharadas de aceite vegetal

INGREDIENTS

1 Eggplant.
1 tomato
3 cloves of garlic.
1 branch of coriander Spain.
Salt to taste.
Sugar to taste.
Oregano powder to taste.
5 slices of yellow cheese.
6 tablespoons vegetable oil

PREPARACIÓN

Se lava muy bien la berenjena y sin retirar la cáscara se corta en rodajas de aproximadamente 1 cm. Estas rodajas se dejan en remojo en agua con sal durante unos 20 minutos, luego se vuelven a lavar, esto es para que la berenjena bote lo amargo. Reservamos.

PREPARATION

Wash the eggplant very well and without removing the peel cut it into slices of approximately 1 cm. These slices are left to soak in salted water for about 20 minutes, then they are washed again, this is so that the eggplant can bounce the bitterness. We booked.

Se lava muy bien tomate y se lleva al fuego en una olla con agua y se deja hervir durante unos 4 a 5 minutos, se deja enfriar un poco, se le retira la cáscara y se corta en cuadritos.
Al ajo se le retira la cáscara y machacamos. Reservamos.

Wash the tomato very well and put it in a pot with water and let it boil for about 4 to 5 minutes, let it cool a little, remove the peel and cut it into small squares.
Remove the peel from the garlic and crush it. Set aside.

Llevamos al fuego una sartén aceitada y sofreímos las rodajas de berenjenas, dejándolas dorar por ambos lados, sin dejar que se ablanden demasiado. Reservamos.

Heat an oiled frying pan and fry the eggplant slices, letting them brown on both sides, without letting them get too soft. Set aside.

Nuevamente llevamos la sartén al fuego con un poco de aceite para sofreír el ajo machacado durante 2 minutos y agregamos 3/4 partes del tomate en cuadritos y especias al gusto, yo agregué sal, pimienta y orégano al gusto, se deja hervir por unos 3 minutos y se agregan las rodajas de berenjena, se cubren con el 1/4 de tomate que quedó, se le coloca encima las rebanadas de queso amarillo, o el queso de su preferencia, se tapa y se deja a fuego bajo de 6 a 8 minutos.

Retiramos del fuego, rociamos un poco de cilantro españa picadito, (por lo general se usa perejil, pero como no me gusta el perejil uso cilantro), servimos, y a degustar de esta deliciosa receta,
se puede acompañar con pan o casabe, o comer así solo.
